My husband went here years ago, Doctor became belligerent and refused care using profanity all because we refused to pay a no show fee when in fact we cancelled a previous appt over the telephone and whomever answered the phone forgot to do it. By far the best ever .....Very professional and courteous, friendly, and Caring quick and extremely efficient. Love the staff and the place is clean and cozy.????????✝️

I have been to one appointment and he didn't understand or focus on the reason I came in. He just talked about what he wanted to talk about. Then gave me a referral for x-rays that are completely unnecessary to my situation. Another issue I am having is getting ANYBODY to answer the phone! I have had to reschedule twice due to my mother being diagnosed with cancer and me having to be back and forth from Illinois to Texas for the last 2 months. I need to cancel/reschedule another appointment and nobody answers ever and the voicemail is apparently too full to take a message, but they don't return your messages anyways. They need to get organized at the front desk and focus on the patient's needs instead of trying to make them go through unnecessary tests and waste time. I don't know why I was going to give them another chance but I am done and will no longer be going to this office. I've recently visited Dr. Brown's office twice. He done all necessary things to get to the root of my problems when my primary care physician didn't. He's a good doctor, he takes his time and make sure you understand what's going on with your issues. One thing I do not like is no one appears to want to answer the phone. I've been sitting in the office waiting to see the doctor, receptionist sitting right there and phone ringing off the hook and he will not answer it. One other thing, the staff do not fax necessary paperwork to a specialist when the given a referral in a timely manner. They will give you a referral to take the the specialist office then you find out you can't make an appointment without them faxing necessary paperwork. Front office workers are very nice and respectable, but lack in professionalism. I feel not answering the phone and not properly sending paperwork lacks professionalism. Dr. Brown is a great doctor himself. Helpful, great at explaining things, and understanding. His staff on the other hand is not so great. They are nice and professional but fail to return my calls and get me my medical records from previous doctors. I have been waiting for almost a year to get my feet fixed and fail to do so because of the staff. They need to become more organized and call back his patients. Dr. Brown is a great doctor himself. I've been 1 time to the office, got home found that they had the wrong doctor as my primary doctor, called to let them know, no one answered the call or NO ONE RETURNED MY CALL! Got 3 test done, called on a Thursday and was told the doctor isn't in on Thursdays but they would have him call me Friday, NO CALL! I called two time after that no one would answer so I left messages and still no call back!!!!! This is very aggravating because I've been in so much pain for almost 4 mos.

The staff does not call me back and seem to be unorganized. There are times when you can't leave a message on the machine because the voicemail is full.. very frustrating

Dr. Brown is a very thorough, careful and well-experienced Dr. He has taken care of me and my husband for years and have found him to be very knowledgeable and up-to-date in caring for our needs!!!!

I like Dr. Brown. He's patient, caring, and he listens and answer my question. He explain things to me until I understand. He is gentle with my feet and has done a good job treating them... Good job Dr. Brown ????

Very inconsiderate for his patients. they schedule at least 4-5 appointments at the same time and he does not want you to discuss it in front of anyone. When you do have a early appointment , they say that they don't have you down, but can work you in at a later time. i was lucky to have a card from his office when your next appointment is and the time written on it, also, make sure you have the staff sign their name whom gave you the time given for the next appointment, mine was 8:30 a.m. in th
