Took my deductible fee over a month ago and never called my meds in won’t answer the phone either

Dr Zaccone is an excellent physician. The best I have had. He is warm, caring and empathic to all of his patients. His staff are the best in the medical community. They go above and beyond for all of the patients. Kudos to Dr. Zaccone and staff!

Do not go here if you value patient confidentiality. The staff has ignored repeated request to secure their garbage. The result is papers and medical debris flying all over Camac street. I have found several documents with patient information on it and, despite bringing this to Dr. Zaccone's attention, the staff continues to leave their garbage unsecured. Ultimately, this leads to garbage blowing out of the bags and all over the street. Do not go here if you value patient confidentiality. The staff has ignored repeated request to secure their garbage. Absolutely horrible they do not care if you are on your last day of medication they will say yeah yeah it’s called in and the the pharmacy says it’s not called in. Oh and the best part then they won’t answer you for 3 weeks so you are off your meds cold turkey. If i didn’t know any better I’d say they are just a bunch of perscription writers and all they want is the money Absolutely horrible they do not care if you are on your last day of medication they will say yeah yeah it’s called in and the the pharmacy says it’s not called in. Absolutely great doctor he helps takes insurance doesn’t charge u a dollar for suboxone absolutely a life savor

Doctor Zaccone is a real good doctor. Takes a genuine interest in his patient’s well being. He is very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help you get better.I highly recommend him . Sincerely,Jimmy

Dr. Zaccone is cold and ignorant as he barely sees or talks to patients. He has front desk staff hand out prescriptions and ignores patients real problems. Too many patients and not enough staff, they never answer the phones either!!!

This is the worst dr.s office ever! The Receptionists never answer the phone and when you leave a message they never return your call.

Very clean , friendly and professional.. Thanks for taking care of me and my family for years ... Great doctors and remarkable assistant fast and reliable... I really referred him to my whole family..

Avoid at all costs. Just a "certifier" for druggies and low-lifes. If you want legitimate Psychiatric care; look elsewhere. This office is as CROOKED as they COME!
