Dr. William C Torch

My experience with Dr torch was horrible. 6 sleep studies there at 3200 each. He only ever wanted to do more. On 1 occasion his staff wrote the wrong date on my appointment card then charged me a no show fee for not being there. In the end I got a cpap unit. It has never helped. He wanted another sleep study to help.And when my work got new insurance I needed a script for the machine. He wouldn't do it without a sleep study. I quit going. And then when I refuse to pay the send me to collections.

I greatly admire and respect Dr. Torch, however, his staff and specifically his Scheduler, Lupa, was rude, uncaring and unhelpful when I attempted to get an appointment yesterday. ears ago Dr. Torch was the ONLY physician able to diagnose my HSP. I was a patient of his for a long time. I urgently need to follow up with the doctor in regard to my deteriorating condition. According to Lupa it is not possible for me to get an appt., talk to the doctor on the phone, or leave his a message. HELP!

He pushes sleep studies. He takes forever to see you. Expect to spend at least 2 hours waiting and 15 or less seeing the doctor.

Employee and Dr. TORCH are rude. Very unprofessional, waited for an hour without any patient at the facility, Dr. Doesnt even review patient history, medical questions was asked the first visit and now he doesnt even know what the cause why patient is seeing him! I dont recommend this facility.

Was a patient since '99, took vacation days to volunteer for his studies, dealt with long wait times in his ofc, & the month I had difficulties at work and had to reschedule 2 appt. without much notice (but agreed to pay missed appt fees) he dropped me as a patient. He obviously didn't care about me as a person! Sent me a letter saying he'd treat me on an emergency basis until end of Nov, but it was postmarked in Dec! Office Mgr argued with me about my presc. & didn't apologize when wrong

Dr. Torch is an caring and empathetic physician.
