After an EGD, Dr. Stahl gave unsolicited advice about how to lose weight to a patient by describing it as "simple math" and that all you have to do is eat 500 calories or less and you'll lose weight. Dr. Stahl failed to realize that everyone's bodies and metabolisms are not the same and this is not a sustainable way to eat or to lose weight for that matter, and is actually encouraging disordered eating. As a specialist in digestion I'm surprised and concerned that he'd give advise like this to patients; he should be embarrassed. I will not ever be scheduling to see him.

From the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor everyone was so nice and my procedure went smooth and I would recommend him to anyone..

You can't see the dr, only his PA. the PA (Nicole) has yet to touch or examine me when I have a complaint----including rectal bleeding which she diagnosed as hemmorhoids. Handed me yet another sample of some ridiculously expensive drug and sent me away. Turns out I have IBD and the drug was the exact opposite of what I needed. Her ineptness delayed the correct diagnosis and therapy. Go somewhere else.

Inexcusable. My Chronic Pain was exacerbated after an appointment there and has never been the same. I was treated rudely by the first nurse and during what ended up to be an incomplete procedure was overly sedated with a medication that I specifically said made me ill. I was accused of not doing "my prep" properly afterwards, when I hadn't eaten in over five days and only had fluids. What an awful experience I had both during and since I was there. I felt I was carelessly handled.
