From start to finish they has been awesome experience. Once I had a foot issue the reality of how important my feet are! I can't say enough about dr. Sachs, professional, personable, excellent surgical facility. Local office great location, parking. Took care of my issues as they progressed. The admin, nurses and Dr. Sachs. Thank you for excellent care.

Dr. William A Sachs is a very knowledgeable podiatrist that will go over the procedure in detail before going ahead with & performing it. He corrected another doctors surgery on me & did a bunion removal as well . I was very impressed & please with the outcome & his work. I would recommend Dr. Sachs to anyone. The girls in his office are courteous, polite understanding & very friendly. The office is very clean & sterile.

Dr. Sachs and his staff went above and beyond both before and after my surgery. Professional and pleasant at all times. Answered all questions to make me feel comfortable about my upcoming procedure as well as after. I would highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you so very much!!!!

I have had several visits. I had both bunions and hammer toes repaired in 2019. My feet are amazing and I can now walk without pain. I went to Australia for a month and was able to walk every day and enjoy my vacation.

Very happy with Dr. Sachs! His staff made me feel very comfortable from the very beginning. The office as a whole are friendly, kind and helpful. I had been suffering from plantar fasciitis for over 3 years and have been seen by numerous Dr.'s. I was recommended to see Dr. Sachs and I sure am happy that I made the appointment to see him. I am a very satisfies patient!

Very happy with this practice as a whole. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Doctor Sachs was able to diagnose my problem immediately and was able to successfully remedy my situation. I would highly recommend and go back if I ever have any other problems with my feet. Would have loved to give 5 stars, however I often encountered long periods of time in the waiting room.

I called Dr Sachs office for terrible heel pain. The girls at the front desk were helpful and kind and gave me an appt promptly. Dr Sachs was warm and understanding. Over several visits he healed my heel pain! I was able to walk normally again. I would recommend Dr Sachs to my friends and family in a heartbeat. Thanks Jolene and Cheryl. Thanks Dr Sachs ??

After suffering for a year with a bunion issue, I started 'shopping' around for doctors. I am so very happy that I chose Dr. Sachs. He is by far the best medical professional that I can remember dealing with. His demeanor is kind, warm and caring. He was truly wonderful from pre-op to post-op. HIs staff is excellent. Jolene is my favorite nurse!

I was looking for a podiatrist and read Dr. Sachs’ online reviews. The positive reviews for him as well as his staff are correct. I went to Dr. Sachs in Shrewsbury for plantar fasciitis pain. I had relief after my first visit, was fitted for orthotics that were comfortable and supportive from the start, and was provided exercises to prevent further problems. His staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Sachs and his staff to anyone.

I have so many great things to say where do I start. We took our daughter for an eval of her feet and all I can say that after three surgeries her feet look great. Dr Sach's and his staff Ms Joy, Ms Joleen and Ms Lisa were so kind to us from the door and Dr Sach's did not promise a miracle but he far exceeded our expectations My husband and I would recommend Dr Sach's to anyone and we drove almost an hour each time. Well worth the trip. I'm preparing for Dr Sach's to operate on me

I would highly recommend Dr. Sachs for all foot issues.. He is very professional, yet personable and caring. His office staff are friendly and courteous. My procedures on both feet went very well with minimal discomfort and healed beautifully. Also, quick appointments with minimal waiting time.

OMG!!! What can I say?!?! I had degenerative arthritis in my big toe...from the beginning (1/18/17), to present the Doctor as well as his staff treated me AWESOMELY!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR!!! THANK YOU DOCTOR SACHS!!! in less than 2 months I'M DRIVING!!!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!

Every aspect of my involvement with Dr. Sachs’ office has been positive. This includes a friendly and helpful staff, Dr. Sachs patiently answering my questions, his office working with my insurance company. I never feel rushed and I always feel welcome. Most recently, Dr. Sachs performed my bunion surgery. He and his staff accommodated my complicated schedule, allowing me to have my off-season surgery, complete my subsequent physical therapy, and get back on the field without missing a game.

The doctor visit was fine. I did not like that after I arrived the staff questioned my insurance, and did not take my word for it that one healthcare was the primary or that I did not need a referral. They should check this prior to a visit. They told me the secondary was the primary and that they did not accept it. Were they being dismissive on purpose because they saw my son was special needs, and they didn't want to treat him? I called the ins co back infront of her and voila I was right.

Dr. Sachs is very skilled and thorough. I had bunion surgery last summer, and I healed and recovered beautifully! If you are putting off dealing with your foot issues like I did, stop delaying and call for an appointment now! You'll be glad you did. The office staff are lovely and friendly.

The staff was so friendly and Dr. Sachs was so patient with my son. It takes a special type of person to handle an anxious 3 year old and they all did a great job!

I needed to have Hallux Limitus surgery. My condition had been ongoing for a while, primarily due to flat feet. I had the operation in August by Dr. Sachs in Shrewsbury. He is fantastic to say the least. He exudes confidence with professional appeal and a sense of humor. His office staff is like no other, on top of insurance paperwork and they reassure you through the process. No one likes to lose their mobility, but if you have to, this is the office team for you.

Dr. Sachs took care of my bunion with little to no pain during the whole process. Everyone was very accommodating from scheduling the surgery to the follow up appointments. Office staff is EXCELLENT!!! Would highly recommend Dr. Sachs and his staff.

The office staff is caring, helpful and always welcoming. They were very accomodating when scheduling my appointments. I was treated by Dr. Sachs for a diabetic ulcer on my foot that took almost 10 months to heal. This situation had the potential of ending very badly. Dr. Sachs treated me on a weekly basis, committed to the utmost care in which he literally saved my foot. I was grateful to be referred to this office and receive such outstanding care. I would refer others without any hesitation

Dr. Sachs is THE Best. I've been going to him for my varuious foot problems for more than 15 years. He is very skillful and has always taken care of my problem the FIRST time. I never need followup visits. His staff is also GREAT and very accomadating in giving me a quick appointment.

Dr Sachs is always very clear on his explanations and expectations of your recovery. His office staff is always friendly, caring and always on top of your needs such as wraps, braces or meds.
