I’ve been seeing Dr. Howard for many many years. The staff is friendly, gentle in their practice and always accommodating. And Judy is the best!

LOVE Dr. Renz and this whole office! Every person on staff is SO friendly. Had my teeth cleaned by different people and each one has been amazing. From the front office staff to everyone I've come into contact with there, each has been nothing short of awesome. They all make you feel so comfortable and go out of their way to help with insurance, questions, and more. Dr. Renz even took the extra time to go above and beyond during my last visit to help smooth out a tooth that was chipped and bothering me even though it wasn't on the "agenda" for that visit. I highly recommend Dr. Renz and Dr. Howard and his team for all your families dental care. His staff is as friendly as Dr. Renz and Dr. Howard. I have been a patient of Dr. Howard since 1997 and when he decided to go into semi-retirement and merge practice with long time friend Dr. William Renz I decided to see Dr. Renz based on the great service and professionalism I received from Dr. Howard over the last twenty-years. Dr. Renz is very friendly, professional, and will work to meet the needs of the patient. Being a cancer patient, Dr. Renz understands my issues and definitely keeps me informed on what I need to do to maintain my dental hygiene. His dental staff has been with him for as about as long as I have been a patient, which says a lot about his management style and leadership. I have been going to Dr Howard and more recently, Dr Renz for more than 15 years. I can't tell you enough good experiences I've had with not only them but also the entire dental technicians along with the entire staff. I go twice a year for check ups and more if I need extensive work such as a crown, etc. and each time, I'm treated as a valued customer with little to no wait time. I've had to call in emergency situations and have always been seen within 24 hours. The people who work is this office genuinely care for you as not only a customer but also as a person. I appreciate everything they do and have done for me and my family and would not hesitate recommending them to anyone who is in need of dental attention........ I had a wonderful visit at Dr Renz office. My hygienist and Dr Renz were great! I will be back!

I had two implants installed by Dr. Renz 10 years ago, suddenly one broke loose. I have moved and no longer see Dr. Renz so I went to my current dentist that informed me the abutment (part that the crown attaches to) has failed because the manufacturer that produced the product made it out of two different materials. The manufacturer admitted their mistake and were willing to cover the cost of a new abutment and indicated the installing dentist should cover any installation cost. In contacting Dr. Renz's office they were not willing to work with me at all, even discount another installation. I was very disappointed with the way they handled they handled situation and ended up paying my current dentist ($ 1,200.00) to have the tooth installed correctly. All business owners, regardless of industry should stand by the products they are selling and correct any mistakes, no matter how long ago the work was done. Absolutely fabulous family practice. A lot of places probably do good work, but Dr. Howard and his folks explain everything they're doing, what they think it means, and what they recommend doing about it. They're always giving me options to pick from to make sure that I'm getting great care, that's both attractive and cost effective. Most of all, they care about their patients and have repeatedly made themselves available after-hours when I was in discomfort and needed treatment advice. Very highly recommended. Great Dentist! We have moved our family to this dentist. Everyone in the office is so nice! They are very knowledgeable and give you options if you have concerns or questions. They are easy to work your schedule around. They even give you suggestions on better brushing when they notice you keep missing a spot! I am convinced that they have saved me from several cavities! I have been a patent of Dr. Renz for several years. A friend of mine a couple of days ago broke her tooth cap, she had visited a local dental group in our community. They immediately without hardly looking at her told her they could not do anything for her. I felt compelled to help her, so I called Dr. Renz and was about to get her appointment right away! He was able to fix her tooth, such a relief! Really appreciate a great dentist that goes above and beyond. Highly recommended to others.
