We've been going to Dr Real for many years he's the best dentist around. The office staff is very friendly and helpful

I called to schedule my kids appointments and I was told in Rude way that we ain’t expecting any new people and I ask can she check to see if they was in the system she tells me no no guess I won’t be referring anybody else to the doctor any more I spoke so highly about them but I guess I was wrong

I can't ever get through to anyone regarding new patients appointments. The line is always busy as if they've taken the phone off the hook. Its been like this for almost a full week in a half.Highly upset and just want like to speak with someone.

I recently got two fill-in in Oct. The fill-in the very back of my mouth has a cavity between those teeth because of the way the pieces where put on. I was unable to floss my teeth correctly. Today, I called the pffice and the lady at the desk just had an attitude from the very start. I called my dental insurance to verify what she told me and she was incorrect the entire time. DO NOT GO HERE** The front desk is unprofessional as all get out, will have a rude attitude with you on the phone ans much more so in person. I have called up here about a tooth ache before in which the lady answering the phone told me all I hear is blah blah blah instead of asking someone in pain to repeat themselves. Also, they will tell you before hand if you come esrly they will see you early, they will NOT, you will wait at least over an hour in a half to be saw. The dentist does not address issues with tooth pain regarding work hes done but pushes it off until next visit. Also, I have had experiences here where I was in pain and the dentist got aggravated with me & told me to deal with the pressure. It was not pressure it was pain! I did not have a good experience at the dentist office I never post reviews but maybe someone has experienced what my son an I experienced on this past Thursday. The only person that was kind was the woman that checked us in but our appointment was at 1:30 for a consultation but we weren't called to the back until 3:30 which the consultation w the dentist only took 10 mins his assistant asked us what were we being seen for but had the nastiest attitude all I asked her was why did we have to wait so long for a consultation when we aren't getting any work done she proceeds to tell us that some people wait all day to be seen but once we saw the dentist which is Dr Real asked us who we saw prior to visiting our current dentist I gave him a name and he had nothing nice to say about her and the way he talked about her was so unprofessional and should never be discussed with a patient as we were leaving to set an appointment we were told in a very nasty way saying ummm ummm that our insurance wasn't covered for a root canal it's offensive and wrong for you to make any individual feel less then one another I will never recommend this office nor will my son and I ever return I did not have a good experience at the dentist office I never post reviews but maybe someone has experienced what my son an I experienced on this past Thursday. Dr. Real is a great dentist. I was always afraid of a dentist hated going in any offices. I met Dr. Real back in 2015 I was not at ease going to the dentist at all. The staff and Dr. Real made me feel less scared. They told me everything would be alright and for me not to be scared. After I got the first tooth pulled I've been goin back ever since. He is a great dentist and I recommend him and his staff to anyone. Dr. Real is a great dentist. I was always afraid of a dentist hated going in any offices. Worst experience ever. The staff was very unprofessional and rude. Want being going back.

I had to take my own crown out, was asked by the staff to take it out. When he finally came to my room he told me he isn’t pulling any more teeth that day. I left with my crown still in disrepair. The dentist never examined me and I was there for 2 hours! Staff is very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend for my dog to go there.

Dr. Real did a wonderful job last year. I had to have a deep cleaning (full mouth.. But it was done 50/50) and alot of other work done over the course of several visits. The staff made sure I was very comfortable. I never felt anything. I have even referred his office to a few friends and customers who have come into my place of employment. Horrible dentist. Terrible. Personality. Was very rude to me. He cut out 2, teeth. Left 2 on the other side that were absessed. Was in horrible pain but said he wasn't giving me. No drugs! Wow really. Walked out in tears. I. Will never go back. To that dentist!!

Dr. Real is a RockSTAR!!....Excellent Service, Very Professional, Patient and Polite with the Most Fearful...I Highly recommend Him And His Staff

I have been seeing Dr. Real and his staff for well over two years. The entire family likes him. Too bad that one person had a bad experience. We never have. I think he's funny and kind.

This is the worst dentist ever.....as far as his work, it would have been okay but he does not communicate with his patients. He has no personality at all. For example, I needed tooth replacement and when he entered the room all he had to say about it was, "Well you have three options", never once did he or anyone go over those options or my treatment plan or discuss what the steps would be to complete my work. Don't bother complaining because instead of them addressing the issue, he just refuses to treat you at all. I heard all of these complaints about this dentist before ever making an appointment and the only reason that I went is because he has a system that will fit you in quickly, but it's not worth it because of the way you're treated. If you don't care of your dentist is concern about the well being of his or her patients then make an appointment here but if you want someone who cares about their patients and treats them all the same, please keep searching. I need a dentist with personality who talks to their patients and actually does what they promised to do when receiving the title of becoming a Doctor and that is to actually care about his or her patients.
