A very caring and competent doctor well regarded by his many Green Valley AZ patients.

Very unprofessional. No longer has license to practice and failed to inform patients that they needed to find new doctor.

Dr. Phelps is a wonderful doctor. However, his wife runs the office and she does not act professionally. She is quick to take offense and becomes defensive rather than trying to solve the problem at hand. I don’t think she would last in another office.

He was so incredibly caring and helpful with my 89 year old mother in law. She trusted and felt he listened to her.

As new residents in Green Valley we needed to find a new physician. Our good friends told us about Dr. Phelps. We had gone to our previous doctor for 20 years and new this would be a challenge. But we were very pleased with this office. Dr. Phelps takes time to address our needs and does a thorough exam. Chris at the desk is outstanding, patient and helpful. The girls in the office helped us with information about the Covid vaccine. I would and will recommend this office.

I would never recommend this office. They are very poor responding to medical records and history requests.

If you are looking for a caring doctor who actually takes time with you this may be your guy....he is like those wonderful country doctors that actually knows your name and will help you in anyway he can...

Spends time with patients and listens. The entire staff is awesome.

Fantastic, down to earth , easy to talk to, Dr. Knows his stuff.

I was told by BCBS insurance that he was accepting patients but then I was told he only takes patients with medicare! He should notify Blue Cross Blue Shield because I have thought for months that he is my doctor and now I will have to find someone else. I have excellent insurance, wonder why he wouldn't accept it?

Very knowledgeable, through and on time. Whole office puts patients first. A doc from the "old days". A true family physician.

He and his staff listen and then do everything they can to help. I've never had better care.

Excellent physician. Listens to his patients; sees them if they are sick (rarely sends them to urgent care). Calls are returned. Staff are interested in well being of patients.
