Professional, friendly and informative staff. Injections were painless and gave me some relief of the pain in SI joints.

Dr. Newton explained everything in detail to me. Really was glad I went. Would recommend anyone to go.

I've only been twice but so far I would rate Dr. Newton on 5 stars.. He is very understanding of your problems and listens to all your complaints...in two visits I've received more help than I have from several other doctors, he seems to listen to your complaints and comes up with a plan to do whatever he thinks will help you the most. He's not a one sided Dr, he wants your input just as much as his to come to a remedy to try and help you. He makes you feel very comfortable as a patient instead of like most drs making you feel like a drug seeker when the whole time you're just trying to find so.e relief from the pain... Would give him a 10 star referral to anyone that needs legitimate help...

After an auto accident, I had several problems with my back including getting to the point of not being able to walk. Dr. Newton has performed procedures that not only got me back to walking but on the way to recovery with the other damage to my back. I would recommend Dr. Newton to anyone.

Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Dr.Newton took his time with me and thoroughly explained everything. They worked diligently to get me in for a pain relieving injection the next morning! I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend him.

Was called back promptly ,with friendly service,Dr.Newton is a top notch Dr.Anybody will be served well under his care,listens to your concerns,and cares about his pateints.

Dr. Newton is easy to talk to and very efficient with each patient. His military excellence shines through with the way he handles himself for sure.

The experience was fine not that much pain music was great. I just wish the shots were miracles. I guess my next step is a different kind called facet something but very nice people all the way through.

First of all, I really like Dr. Newton and his staff, as well as his team at the hospital. They were all friendly, professional and efficient. No waiting at appointments or having procedures done at the hospital. Dr. Newton explained my two trial procedures before performing the thoracic ablation of my T6,T7 and T8 vertebrae. I was amazed that I got so much pain relief after suffering for 30 years with it. I highly recommend Dr. Newton to anyone with back pain. Thanks, Dr Newton! I am ready for you to work on my other aches and pains so I can feel even better without having to take a lot of pills!

This place has surpassed all of my expectations for being very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, competent, friendly and compassionate! Very impressed! Would send my family and friends here first! Dr. Newton is top notch and one of a kind in his field.

I’ve had pain here for at least 7 years in my hip and have been deathly afraid of getting it injected. Don’t wait like I did and not voice your options. It was less than a minute of relief. I even work in surgery and no one ever voiced getting it injected until I was talking to Dr. Newton. Absolutely hands down. Immediate relief. Highly highly recommend ♥️♥️♥️. Hope to not have to go back but if I do, he’s who will do it.

Dr Newton is a real professional. He and his staff are very knowledgeable in what they do. I had my first set of pain shots in my left shoulder and was very pleased with the outcome. I can't wait to complete the process and. Be able to get out without the pain!!

I had my first nerve block on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. I am hear to say that Dr. Newton did a wonderful job during this procedure. I felt only minimal pain as he was numbing the areas for the nerve block. This was the ultimate best experience I’ve had since my Spinal Surgery on January 28, 2020. I have continuously dealt with the most severe pain (a pain level of 7-10 at all times). This surgery changed my life in a very negative way. I am pleased to report that my pain level was reduced from a “7” to a “4” within 2 hours after my nerve block that Dr. Newton did. I am so looking forward to continuing my pain management with Dr. William Newton and highly recommend him and his caring staff from Southern Primary Pain Management in Winchester, TN. I'm a new patient and really don't like change in anything pertaining to my medical history! I know my body and the affects of taking medication, because I've been doing it for so long. I know what works for me! And i appreciate and hope that the doctor understands this also! And it seems that Dr Newton understands that so far.

Very professional and friendly towards patient. It is way more convenient for me to be treated in Winchester, TN rather than Manchester, TN.

I was a patient of Dr. Newton for years when he was in Manchester. With his departure from Manchester, I discovered he was opening a practice in Winchester. Dr. Newton is the main reason I chose to leave the Pain Management clinic in Manchester and swap to his new Clinic in Winchester. Dr. Newton is very capable, as well professional, in the Pain Management field. I would recommend him to anyone in need of the type of care he provides and the staff he has put together are a reflection of his dedication to giving the best service as well as care for his patients on an individual basics. Dr. Newton is an excellent doctor. He is excellent with his procedures. I have suffered pain for years on my left side of my back and lower lumbar. Dr. Newton fixed me up. I had the spine ablation, it took three procedures and I did the last and final one yesterday. I have no back pain at all and I feel better and I slept good for the first time in years last night. I am waiting to have my 5th spinal surgery. I was rear ended in June of 2020 7 weeks after my second and what was supposed to be my last surgery. This began a lawsuit. My surgeon has been taking great care of me, but one of my fusions failed requiring another fusion. Due to my getting cancer last spring, followed be hospitals filled with Covid patients, then my own case of Covid followed by complications with my heart and lungs, my surgery has been delayed. No pain management doctors, including the one that I had seen pre surgery, I have been left with crippling pain, and multiple pain management doctors not willing to see me due to my open lawsuit. My surgeon finally found Dr. Newton to help me until I can have what I pray is my last surgery. He and his staff are kind, compassionate, and considerate! I followed Dr. Newton from his previous practice. He did my back surgery just over a year ago. He literally stopped 98% of my falls. Now he is addressing my pain with a goal toward ablation. Dr. Newton is a man with a plan.i am 100% happy with him and his office.

Kudos Dr Newton, Karen Frazier and Amber for your terrific work ethic and patience. Two epidural procedures and perfect! Caring, compassion, gentle touch as well as patience with me when I ask multiple questions and sometimes repeat the questions.

Had a trial Spinal Cord Stimulator implanted 04/01/22 by Dr Newton. I was awake during this process and was impressed with how well the Doctor kept me informed of every step he took while also making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Best surgery I have endured and I've had a few in my days. Great Doctor whom I recommend to anyone with a chronic pain problem. I also have to give thanks to the nurses and the Boston Scientific staff that also assisted with the surgery. Looking forward to doing this again and making it a permanent part of my life. Surgery went well but VERY sore today. The only issue was that I was waiting for about 5 hours before anything started. You should have called to let us know about the delay

Terrible doctor, didn't take the time to even look at my records from the last doctor I went to, and pretty much said since I see a psychiatrist that there's no way he would write me pain meds. Also took it upon himself to say at age 37 I was too young to be on meds. Asks questions but rushes you to answer like he doesn't have time to listen, I've been going to pain management for 10 years and never had a doctor treat me like he did. He thinks he can look at you and tell if you need pain meds or not. I had to miss work for nothing. He would rather ppl get their pain meds off the streets obviously because he was no help at all!! Don't waste your time!! Obviously all bad reviews are deleted to try and make this guy look good. The staff was very friendly and up most professionally Dr. Newton had a fantastic attitude and he made sure that I was comfortable and he tended to me with care and kindness also thanks to the staff and the receptionist they were great and friendly.

I wish when I moved here 2 years ago, that I would have become a patient to Dr. Newton. He provides excellent care, he's compassionate, and he knows his stuff!!! The staff is sincerely the best around!!

Treated really well, efficient and effective procedure

Not good. Took my wife to see him. Asked to bring every bottle of medication she was taking. They took all the opioid meds (four bottles) before they prescribed another pain med. My wife had a reaction to that med and Dr. Newtons nurse ask the she not take any more and.return the prescription to them before Dr. Newton would call in another prescription. The prescription was never called in and the next day the clinic was closed. That was a Wednesday. I called his office on Thursday morning and requested a written receipt be mailed to for the opiod meds they took. At that time I cancelled all appointments. Not good. Took my wife to see him. Asked to bring every bottle of medication she was taking. They took all the opioid meds (four bottles) before they prescribed another pain med.
