Very good knowledgeable staff attention to detail

I am writing this because I saw the other "1" review and didn't want people to think that was just one experience. I went to see Dr. McIntyre as I am new to the area, he is in my neighborhood and I needed medical help. To start with the basics - waiting area fine but patient exam rooms filthy, uncomfortable and outdated. Receptionist is very nice, as is nurse, but the women who work the back office are rude (nicest word I can print). The doctor was pleasant but the appointment rushed and I felt like I could have been talking to the wall when I was asking questions. I was so disappointed. In the end I asked one of my new neighbors for a recommendation and found a doctor I feel cares about a patient.

Dr. McIntyre has been my GP for several years. He is knowledgeable and informed. Most importantly, his communication style is interactive and he encourages the patient's full participation in the decisions necessary for treatment.
