I am in agreement that the office receptionist is not the nicest ever. The doctor however is very knowledgeable, competent, & professional. He put my family member on a medication regimen that was very helpful & I have a lot of faith in this doctor.

Rude appointment scheduler called me back after 3 days the 1st time I called and a week after the second time. It took another referral from my PCP for that call back. First experience with the doctor's staff was very frustrating. I saw Dr. Likosky during a 3 day ER Observation stay. The follow-up appointment, according to the scheduler, would be 3 to 4 months later. I asked that we set it and I would mail in copies of my insurance cards. Scheduler stated she could not do that I needed to provide the info before she would set an appt. Knowing that it could take another week for a call back after I left another voice message I realize my follow-up appt. would be scheduled 4 months after my ER stay.
