I had the opportunity to shadow Dr Hayes for about a week, and through that I was able to see the excellence he applied to everything he did. I cared about the patients' comfort, made sure to keep the, informed after the surgery, and thouroughly explained things to me so that I could learn. I would recommend him to anyone, and I am pursuing a carrer in anesthesia because of the care and persisionwith which he did his job.
