I have only nice things to say about this office. Lovely space, great staff including Mona at the front desk. Dr Francis combines experienced skill with a friendly, personal manner. I felt I was in very good hands and I am very grateful to have been referred to them. They make a not really fun process as tolerable as it could be. Gentle, caring and informative! Made a tough procedure painless. The visit was warm and professional. His passion for his work equals total satisfaction for the patient. I was admitted in an emergency situation the same day.

Dr. Francis is fabulous! I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is. I had a major dental problem involving severe infection in my jawbone. Dr. Francis not only treated the issue by scraping the bone clean of infection - something that sounds much more horrible than the actual experience as conducted by Dr. Francis - but he has also provided over 2 years worth of follow ups (to ensure adequate healing) at no charge. He is friendly, pleasant and professional as are all the staff who work in his office. Mona, the reception/billing person, is also a pleasure to work with. I am so grateful that when I needed (what I thought was) a simple root canal, that I was referred to Dr. Francis and Santa Cruz Endodontics. It made what could have been a miserable experience into a surprisingly pleasant one. I would recommend anyone who needs a root canal or other serious dental procedure to go to Dr. Francis.
