Dr. William John Flynn

I have been seeing Dr. Flynn for my glaucoma since this office first opened. I find him to be thorough, polite and knowledgeable. I am a Physical Therapist, and understand the problems involved in keeping to a busy work schedule. Some days you get a lot of very involved patients and rather than rush them through, you take the time to give them quality care. I have no problem with that as some day I may be the involved patient delaying the schedule! I highly recommend him!

I really do not understand why Dr. Flynn's office makes appointments since they don't mean anything. You are packed into an office waiting room like sardines breathing 30 peoples germs. I have several illness that make it difficult to recover from certian illness that are air born like the flu. After over one hour I asked when he would see me, I was told there were still 5 ahead of me. I left due to pain because of my illness and thier chairs hurting me.

Kind, caring, patient. Very knowledgeable. Excellent Doctor Everything a doctor should be and excellent staff and associates.

I had a glaucoma surgery done and was very pleased. I am only upset because with my new insurance he is out of the network. Great physician. I completely trust him.

after wait time of one and a half to two hours to see the doctor, I politely asked the doctor why it took so long every time I had an appointment with him. He immediately started raving and ranting that one and half hours was not a long timer/ \what do you think we are doing? Drinking coffee and eating doughnuts? I'll help you find another doctor, etc., etc.,
