I can not say enough good things about Dr Evan's. From the time of my mothers initial neurology consult, to the diagnosis, and now treatment/plan. He has been wonderful! He is very easy to talk to and has made sure all of our questions were answered with tons of compassion. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a neurology evaluation on the MS gulf coast. Dr. Evans diagnosed and has been treating my Multiple Sclerosis for over 10 years. He and his staff are very knowledgeable about my condition and have been excellent about answering any questions about any concerns I may have.

Dr. William Evan's is absolutely the best he his awesome!!

Am receiving fantastic care. Transfered from another state first appt was efficient cover all areas started having some additional issues both he and his nurse responded to each call quickly giving to both me and my nurse exact instructions respondedvery quickly.

Great service and great staff!

I’ve been calling for months for an appointment for my Neice and no one called me back after leaving numerous of messages , then I finally get a pick up and tell me she needs another referral well she had another seizure in the bank in Gulfport and he gave us a referral still no contact .... it may not be Dr himself but his team sucks... Doctor Evans is kind patient and helpful. Anyone looking for a good neurologist should start here.

Wow, I’m so surprised by how many negative reviews Dr. Evans has. After being seen in the ER twice within two weeks one of the ER doctors told me I had an appointment with him the next morning, Dr. Evans did a check up on me and ordered an MRI before I could even get back to my belongings I had a missed call from him and a diagnosis and that I had to stay in the hospital for three days. He visited with me all three days. Being a 25 year old woman and being diagnosed with a chronic illness is hard. I asked a bunch of questions (some were even dumb) but Dr. Evans is so professional he answered them all with sincerity. I’ve been seeing him for a year now, and I have NO complaints. Dr. Evans has taken phenomenal care of my father after his stroke. We transferred care to him after having seen several neurologists in Tampa during dad’s initial recovery. Dr. Evans has shown the most care, expertise and reliability. He is very thorough, personable and provides excellent communication when any atypical symptoms present themselves. I’m so grateful to have found him.

I was referred as a patient from Dr. Millette, and it's very hard to get an appointment with Dr. Evans. It's like you have to meet certain requirements in order to get an appointment. If I could I would have rated "0"

Since all the up roar with the neurologist and singing river hospital ..... Mr Evans has taken on more than he seems to be able to handle.. therefore those of us (me) who needed to see him for regulated drugs prescriptions can’t make appointments.. I needed my meds so I ask another physician to temporarily write them until I could make other arrangements.. i had a scheduled appointment on the 7th of January and told him the whole story , needless to say I have a letter in my hand .. he has released me from his care because I accepted prescriptions from another physician.. I have been taking these meds for 20 years and never have I abused them or the system in order to get them. I only hope and pray Singing River Hospital sees just how shallow you are. Mr Evans you are about the most heartless doctor I have ever had the unfortunate reasons of accepting care from. You seem to be in need of something you have not been recognized for up until this point in your life or career, but this is not gonna get you any positive pats on the back... you and your colleagues have created a chaotic situation for many people .. be proud if that is what you wanted to accomplish. I chose one star because google hasn't figured out a way for us to give a ZERO (0) rating yet. I asked to be seen by this doctor, as some of the others mentioned, Millette stopped his practice. I was told by my family clinic that I would be taken care of until I got an appointment. However, I was slightly surprised to hear that you can only make an appointment after the doctor reviews your file and agrees to take you on as a patient. I finally get called back (I'm thinking this was to schedule the appointment.), but makes someone in his office contact you to let you know that "you don't pass the evans test" and he refuses to take you on as a patient. I give this doctor one star and he don't even deserve that. I do not have any experience with this doctor. But people I know do and it's not good. My doctor is Dr Millette and he was wrongfully fired from Singing River hospital systems and now his patients are going to the doctor and Dr Karcher and they are being told they don't have what they have. Four patients with multiple sclerosis maybe more have seen this doctor and he has told them they don't have multiple sclerosis. There is no cure for it. Of course they still have it. When you look at the evidence MRI, reports shows that the patient has multiple sclerosis. These women that I am talking about has been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis about 5 years are more. He told them that Dr Millette is wrong and he is no MS specialist. So then he said he thinks she doesn't have it. If you have lesions on your brain you have MS. He is not giving them the medicine that has been given to them for MS. Where is the Care at. He is neglecting his duty as a doctor and the patients just like the other doctor is. I don't agree with this doctor just for this reason. The evidence is there. Beware of him and Singing River Health Systems. I give this doctor one star and he don't even deserve that.
