William James Duke

I went to Dr Duke to get my toenails cut and discuss my toenail fungus. I was unable to cut my toenails for several months because of major back surgery was told not to bend for 12 weeks. After failing to find anyone able to cut my nails and my feet becoming very sore my last resort was go to a podiatrist. Dr Duke let me know he had more important things to do than cut toenails all day. I have health insurance that lets me go for routine foot care, but I will find another Dr to do this if I need help in the future.

I was extremely satisfied with the level of service Dr Duke provided me for both my surgeries. I have referred two family members who also had a wonderful experience! 5 Stars!

While I was happy with Dr. Duke when I could get in, scheduling is a crap shoot. If you are a person who likes to see your doctor soon when you have an injury, this is not the place for you. In addition, I have twice tried to pick up something at this office during regular business hours and no staff was available. My impression is that this is not a patient-centered office and I will be finding a new podiatrist.

Dr was fine but his office staff is terrible. 32 days to get notice of pre auth when they got the results back in 10 days. Health care in my opinion there is not a priority!!!!
