He did a good job getting the tumor out of my arm. However he never once greeted me by name, the experience was incredibly painful. He ignored me, chatting with his assistant (not about my procedure) the entire procedure & when I told him I had a very low pain tolerance (I'm 81 with very thin skin) he did not listen. The tumor was on a nerve that he did not anticipate, so I screamed when he cut into it and only then did he give me enough medication to numb my arm. I wouldn't go back.
