I've been a patient of Dr. Craig for many years. He's extremely patient, listens, answers your questions, and actually does care about his patients. Check in at this location is very fast and easy. I did not have to wait past my appointment time to be seen.

Dr. Craig explained my problem and the treatment options. He listened to concerns. Excellent bedside manner. Staff was very efficient and professional. Southlake Ortho docs and staff have always met my needs.

Excellent explanation of what I need to have done next . Helped me feel hopeful that my condition will improve with the upcoming treatment.Very personable and thorough..Highly recommend him.

First time visit but was extremely happy. The nurse explained everything to me along with the Dr. I felt really comfortable with both.

Dr Craig is thoroughly knowledgeable, and spends quality time with his patients. He's a fine diagnostician. He certainly appears empathetic, and actively engages to resolve symptoms quickly. I rate him extremely highly.

My experience with Dr. Craig is the best experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.

This was a follow-up appointment where Dr. Craig discussed preventive measurements to take and when to take them. He explained clearly the symptom(s) that would require an office visit.

I’m very impressed with him on my first visit. He listens to me and hopefully he can help me with my problems! Time will tell!

Dr Craig is excellent. He made me feel comfortable and he listened. He was concerned about my level of pain and let me know my concerns were valid. Friendly staff.

Great processing of procedures. Very personal

I have been to Dr. Craig with low back pain he has treated me great he and his staff are exceptional. Although I did arrive at 10 am one visit and they said do you feel like going to eat and shop around you appointment is not until 3:15 pm. I liked that, they stay on line with appointments and do not put anyone ahead of you. So make sure you get there by your appointment time.

Until today my review of Dr. Craig was quite positive. However the day I was I’m affordably detained on my way to my appointment this resulted in me being 10 minutes late, I did however call before my appointment time to tell them I had been delayed. I did not know I needed to get a name of the person I spoke to. By the time I was able to check in because I had to stand in line to use their kiosk to check in I was right at 15 minutes late. I was then told that Dr. Craig had a strict 15 minute no-show rule. This resulted in having to reschedule my appointment after I had driven 20 miles to get here and now I have to return in the morning. I have waited much longer than 15 minutes after my appointment time on occasion and yes I was very irritated when I was told there was no grace available. Until today my review of Dr. Craig was quite positive. Staff is always caring and friendly

Once my name was called they took great care of me. I didn’t have to wait long for the x-ray and also I didn’t have to wait long for the results from the doctor.

He is awesome! He's very sweet, understanding, and made sure that I was okay, and not to worry because he is going to take care of me! The staff was super sweet and attentive.

I had a safe, professional experience in my latest visit. Dr. Craig addressed the issue and provided assurance that my problem would be solved. I highly recommend their service.

Friendly environment with knowgeable staff. Dr Craig took the time to explain to me my spinal issues and suggested certain avenues to help resolve the pain from my spinal arthritis.

My experience with Dr. Craig was outstanding!!! He was prompt, very courteous, and is a real pro with injections. I received an injection in each knee. He is so smooth, I never did feel a thing!

I was given an injection which left in horrible pain for 3 days. I limped for days after that. Dr. Craig showed no interest in dealing with a problem he created. Just wanted to send me to a pain specialist. My pain levels quadrupled after leaving that office. I will never go there again.

Dr. Craig and his nurses and staff are wonderful. Dr. Craig has given me the ability to live a better quality life. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends because I know they will be treated just like he would want his family treated. Thank you Dr. Craig and team!!!

Arrogant. Completely missed my issue on the MRI. Tried to tell me what was wrong with me without listening to me.
