Dr. William James Bonney

Ahhhhh where do I even begin!! From the time I scheduled my daughter's appointment I was immediately pleased by the pleasant receptionist! It only got better once I arrived to Dr. Bonney's office!! This isn't your typical Doctor's appointment!! All of his girls are so pleasant, friendly, and welcoming! I love how Dr Bonney doesn't hide in the back like most doctors do. He makes a point to get to know the child, and really cares, and asked very specific details. My daughter was a twin and her brother passed away he even went as far as to say he wanted to call the hospital she was born to find out more information about him! I could cry because I'm getting emotional writing this, but you guys just never know what people are going through, and you just really made my day! I just want to thank everyone for such a pleasant experience, and I will always refer everyone I know to your office! God bless you all!!! I want to give a shout out to Megan, Emma, and Audrey! Great Doctor! Very personable! He took my concerns seriously. The staff is very friendly as well. I highly recommend Dr. Bonney !

Called yesterday and spoke with Meghan who got me an appt today. Wow!! Saw Dr Bonney and had him check out my son for football clearance. He was so nice and super thorough. My son had some palpitations and racing heart rate that sent him to the ER. This office went above and beyond. They got him today for another EKG, stress test and an echocardiogram. That other hospital in Philadelphia ( u all know the one) offered me sept 3rd. When we had to go to this doctor of course it is scary in all aspects. Especially when your baby isn't even 2 months old yet. Dr. Bonney was amazing! He made sure that we knew exactly what was happening and even drew a diagram to break it down where and what. The staff were friendly and sweet. They make sure your family are comfortable. If you need to see a pediactric cardiologist this is the only one I will ever go see for any and all my children. When we had to go to this doctor of course it is scary in all aspects. Absolutely amazing staff! My son was having issues with his heart and our pediatrician recommended Dr. Bonney. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly, polite and helpful! They work hard and we’re very accommodating based on our needs. We saw Dr. Bonney and he was wonderful! He has a such a natural gift for working with kids. He made my son feel comfortable and was able to talk with him very easily. Overall our experience was great from the moment we made our appointment until after we left our appointment! I highly recommend Dr. Bonney to any parent who has a child in need of a cardiologist! 5 stars isn't enough for this practice!!!! I had no trouble making an appointment and when my son needed additional visits they were able to get me right in. I had some trouble finding the office, the receptionist was kind enough to stay on the phone but actually came out of the office to be sure sure I didn't pass it. Even though the office was very busy there was very little wait time, and Dr. Bonney came out personally to greet us and bring us back into the exam room. He was very informative not only to me but to my 12 year old son as well. Dr. Bonney was absolutely great as well as his entire staff...I will highly recommend this practice and thank you again Dr.Bonney for taking such good care of my son. 5 stars isn't enough for this practice!!!! We love Dr. Bonney - he's an incredible doctor - super smart and super caring. We are so lucky to have been referred to him. I know our child is in great hands!
