Yes - amazing experience for a root canal! The shots were pretty much painless, he was so personable and the whole staff made you feel comfortable and relaxed. Hope to never have to go back but I would recommend him to anyone I know. Incredible bedside manner.

Dr Aippersbach and his assistant, Jasmine, put me at ease right away. He was very thorough with his exam, and explained why I was having the pain. The root canal was very quick and pain free! I highly recommend this office for your root canal!

Every think went very well except the wait time! I waited an hour before seeing the doctor! Dr Aippersbach was very nice listening and explaining, no pain at all!

Great experience! I felt like I am in a spa, not the dentist office. I did not feel a thing during a long procedure I had. In the end, the doctor apologized for me sitting in an uncomfortable position. Well, I was actually quite comfortable and so happy that I came to this office regardless more than an hour drive. Dr Aippersbach is fabulous at what he does. Had 2 root canals done with in less than one hour and the cost (no insurance, self employed) was not bad either. The time spent in the chair was relaxing and even got to listen to him sing along with the radio. Truly as pleasurable experience as getting a root canal can be. Hope I have never need another but if I do, I will be returning to his office. Everyone there from Sherry, to Laura to Gigi to Bill himself was awesome.

Front desk staff was very professional it was the dentist who was extremely rude and shocked at how he talked to me. Wouldn’t recommend him.

The doctor and staff were pretty chatty during my surgery which i found comforting for some reason. I guess because it took my mind away from the operation and I got to overhear how well they worked together. And best of all, they called me this morning to check up on me. I was nervous about having to get a root canal but Dr. Bill, as he wanted to be called, was very nice and put me at ease right away. His assistant, Lauri, was great too. The procedure was painless, other than the shots to numb the area, but that was to be expected. I would definitely recommend Dr. Aippersbach (Bill) to anyone that needs an endodontist.

Awesome I was terrified and my anxiety level was at its highest. He immediately calmed me down by letting me know in detail what was going to happen and talking to me with so much professionalism and expertise. I didn’t feel no pain and they made me feel so comfortable and at home. This Dr is the best dentist I have ever had and will recommend everyone to go to this dentist office. The staff had the the upmost courtesy and polite and professional. The office was clean and will make anyone feel right at home. He and his team were so professional and concerned about ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Afterwards, I felt no pain and recovered almost immediately. Dr Bill and his team saw me very quickly after a referral from my dentist for a badly inflamed tooth. He diagnosed I needed a root canal. He gave options of when I could have it done including right then. Due to the pain I had been in I had it done immediately. The staff stayed late to do this. Dr Bill and the team explained everything through every step. They made sure I was pain free consistently checking on me. At the end of procedure all follow up questions were asked and answered. What to expect over the next week was explained, and the next day the office called to check on me. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend Dr. Bill and his team.

I was referred to Dr. Aippersbach by my dentist and have visited twice now. Both times, the experience has been beyond enjoyable. Dr. Aippersbach was very pleasant to work with, took the time to explain everything that the x-rays showed in detail, and identified the most critical items that needed to be addressed in order of importance. I didn't walk away feeling like I was going to have to break the bank to get my mouth in order. He's got great taste in music as well. No elevator music! The entire staff was great and I could not have asked for a better experience.

You always hear horror stories about root canals, not at this office! The staff is so nice and the dental assistant made sure my gums were good and numb before the dentist began with the injections. He explained everything as he started and told me he was going to let the anesthesia have a chance to get me numb before he started on the root canal, so I watched TV. The root canal was painless and went smoothly. He explained what he was doing at every step of the way. Unfortunately, I have to have 2 more root canals so I will definitely be back! Definitely recommend them!

I came to Dr Aippersbach referred from my general dentist to have an emergency root canal. First, the attention at the front desk was excellent, the staff is very kind. Dr. Aippersbach is an amazing endodontist. He makes sure you are comfortable the entire time and fills your canals to pinpoint accuracy. He also spends time with you to answer any questions and is extremely nice. Highly recommend!

The receptionist who booked my appt definitely not a very nice person. I explained I need to come in urgently and she had one slot available so we booked it. She took all my information except for my insurance. I told her I was at work and will run to my car to get my insurance card and call her back in a few minutes. It was 11:56 to be exact. she goes “ I will only keep it till NOON” otherwise I will have unblock this appt. CAN YOU imagine ? 4 minutes ? That’s just somewhat arrogant and mean if you ask me.
