Dr. Wenguang Zhao

Dr. Zhao's office stopped answering their phone and stopped responding to my emails when I tried to get continuing care for the rental CPAP they provided for me.

Overall Dr. Zhao provided great care as a doctor. He is patient and knowledgeable. I had some issues with the administrative side and office staff (see below). However, the doctor personally called me and resolved my issues. We are all human after all, bad things do happen, what is important is that he took responsibility to fix the situation. His office staff could use improvement, which he assured me is work in progress. Issues I experienced, which are now fixed: * His staff is not as knowledgeable and well trained as they can be: I called multiple times and for every single question I ask, the receptionist puts me on hold for 20 minutes to "ask his coworker" (this happened to me every time for the 5 times that I called so I am convinced his staff doesn't know anything at all). When he finally comes back to me, his answer to me is: "my coworker is on break, I can't find the answer" * His staff is irresponsible: They always offer to call me back with answers, but never actually does. Offer to call back is just their way of avoiding answering my question. * His office is hard to reach: I made a call 5 times over a week in order to get to someone, who turns out to not know anything, so I have to call back another 5 times over the next week.
