Wendy Mikkelson

I thought she had a terrible bedside manor. She tried to bully my wife into a rush surgery! She did not want a pet scan. She said "it would open up a can of worms!" If finding additional cancer is a "can of worms". We got a 2nd opinion that had a more comprehensive solution. Glad we did! There are always options!

She is an exceptional doctor. Absolutely wonderful!!!

My mother is a 20yr breast cancer survivor. Wendy Mikkelson called me at work to give me my mother’s diagnosis. I took it hard and Wendy, over the phone, was able to comfort me. She has the best bedside manner. She treats her patients with dignity and respect no matter their nationality.

She is a brilliant, no-nonsense and compassionate surgeon. I was diagnosed with cancer in my left breast. At my initial office visit with Dr. Mikkelson she ordered an MRI of both breasts and cancer was found on the right side as well. If it weren't for Dr. Mikkelson, I could have gone through all of the surgery and treatments and not have known that I still had cancer. She is a brilliant, no-nonsense and compassionate surgeon. I found Dr. M to be extremely comforting and supportive. I would recommend her to anyone!

SHE IS THE BEST I EVER HAD...SHE IS COMPASSIONATE, CARRINGTON, AND SHE KNOWS HOW U FEEL...SHE CAN DO IT ALL...LISTEN TO HER AND U CAN'T BEAT CANCER...SHE IS WONDERFUL

After seeing two breast surgeons prior to Dr. Mikkelson, I feel fortunate/blessed/lucky to be under her care. She and her staff are compassionate and genuinely freindly. Dr. Mikkelson was more thorough in her exam than any of the exams I had from oncologists to breast surgeons and radiologists. She is knowledgeable, competent and listens!
