After 5 phone calls and three months of trying to make an appointment and confirming with my Drs office that the referral was sent, the office staff told me it’s my problem and they are too short staffed to look into why the referral wasn’t sent. They were unwilling to make a direct call to my Dr office despite the communication appearing to be their error. Despite being courteous and not rude in any way, the staff member hung up on me. This is the most unprofessional admin staff I have ever dealt with. Absolutely unacceptable.

Dr. Lee has been my Rheumatologist for several years. She is extremely knowledgeable about my condition and prescribing the best options for me to take to relieve its many symptoms and complications. She's always patient when listening to me or explaining my issues so that I understand them. She leaves no stone unturned in trying to help me and I greatly appreciate finding that in a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Lee.

I haven't seen Dr. Lee in a long time, because I lost my insurance. But I would have no qualms about recommending her for your health concerns. She took care of everything for me with my rheumatoid arthritis and helped me make it through some horrible symptoms. She is very personable and listens to what you have to say. I just can't walk as fast as she can when she takes me to have blood tests and such! Since I stopped going to her, I have to go to a knee specialist to do injections when she did them in her office and I didn't have to have an extra office to go to. If my shoulder was hurting, then she would give me a steroid injection and of course was careful not to give me too many. Some doctors just look at you when you tell them that you have a pain and Dr. Lee took the initiative to get rid of it. I can remember going in having a hard time walking with my left knee and after she injected it I walked out without any pain at all.

Scheduling here was an issue. My son scheduled first, but was given the wrong date - correct time, wrong date. Staff failed to call my son on his scheduled appointment reminder with her, he had 2 calls the day prior on his phone, none from this place, so I offered my appointment for him and I would wait, but it was an ACT OF CONGRESS, to give him my appointment with this place. They failed to give him a reminder, but they told him the wrong date in the initial scheduling, it was a mess. The staff is not friendly or polite, so if the doctor does not know what the front half of the building is doing, patients will never get to the back half, wake up DOC.. pay attention~~ I am scheduled with this doctor months later which is fine for me, but my poor son, a NEW PATIENT, had to keep waiting, because this place "triple" booked this doctor, really???? Not sure if I want to get involved with this type of stress to get a new patient care, since we are new to the area??? Also, being an asthmatic, my son who was there said theoverly strong smells in the room was so bad, he could hardly take it..... what a disappointment.... smh Scheduling here was an issue. I saw Dr Lee previously. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She spent all of the time needed to correctly diagnose me. I just moved back to the area, and I will be returning.

I haven't seen Dr. Lee in sometime, because I lost my insurance. Dr. Lee always listened to my concerns and did her best to help me. She didn't just treat my RA, she treated my whole person. I would recommend her to anyone seeking treatment for RA. She always seemed to have a solution for my problems.

Dr. Wendy Lee has been my doctor since 2006. Not once have I been dis-satisfied with her. She is a great listener. She always understood what I was going through and made the right diagnose for me.

I absolutely love Dr. Lee! Sometimes the wait is long in waiting room, but when she comes in room to see me, she gives her undivided attention. Dr. Lee is one of the best Rhumatologist in the area. She not only has great patience and empathy, she's extremely knowledgable and thorough and listens to her patients. I'm so glad I have her as my doctor.

Shes by far the best provider I have met in this area. She's thorough, understanding, compassionate and above all she listens. Highly recommend her as the best in the area. Her office staff are also very accommodating, kind and professional. The only office I visit that does not cause me great stress and anxiety. I enjoy going for my check ups.

I feel Blessed to have found Dr. Lee. I am new to the area and she has been so kind and caring.

I love Dr. Lee. I've seen her twice and the medicine she has interduce me to for my RA along with my other medicines is working great. I have felt better the last couple of days than the past several years. I have seen other doctors but none of them have given me the relief. She seems to really care about her patient's well being. I will continue to see her and follow her suggestion's...they are working!

I have been under Dr. Lee's care since 2003. She is intelligent, compassionate and knowledgeable. Very high standards.

Dr. Wendy Lee has treated me for 2 years. She has been a God Sent for me. I have inflammatory arthritis caused by an autoimmune disease. Dr. Lee has not only helped with relief to the pain in my skeleton, but she has also helped stop it from spreading. I highly recommend her skills.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Lee’s for more than 14 years . I have always gotten excellent care and the staff are wonderful. I would recommend Dr. Lee to anyone that suffers with any type of Arthritis.

Dr. Lee seems very knowledgeable in her field. She was thorough and did testing related to the symptoms I had. She took into consideration that I was on Medicare and tried to work with me. I am a retired RN and Resp. Therapist and am skeptical regarding physicians and their treatments, but Dr. Lee did not pad the bill or order unnecessary tests. I had been going to physicians and specialists for years, with no diagnosis that made sense and no treatment, only the offer of more medication or physical therapy or pain management. Thanks to Dr. Lee, I finally found out what caused so many of the problems I had for years. I only wish I had found a doctor like her years earlier. The permanent damage that was done could have been stopped and treated. Her office seemed organized and her staff was congenial and relaxed. You can tell a lot by the way a staff acts. I had a couple of problems with timing and tests that should have been read and available on my chart but overall, I have been pleased and would recommend her to anyone. Dr Lee has treated me since January 2016. She helped me by supporting my pain management and finding a medication to minimize inflammation in my joints. I highly recommend her as a Dr. who knows her field and treats patients as individuals and not everyone under an "umbrella" of protocol. Not everyone's bodies are the same, and she recognizes this. She gets 5 stars from me!

I saw Dr. Lee twice, one year apart. On neither visit did she examine me, ask me any questions about how I was feeling or otherwise do anything more than read the form I had completed and offer me a shot of hyaluronic acid for my knee, which I did not need--perhaps she could have figured that out if she had looked at my knee. I will not be seeing her again.

One of the finest doctors I have in my life. Intelligent, professional, listens and responds to unexpected emergencies. I see her at both Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet offices. Very highly recommended and have been with Dr. Lee 13 years. Highly dedicated to her patients. Also good personnel running the office.

Medical assistant disnt know how to take blood pressure, doctor wasnt concerned about that. Billing office misfiled insurance and tried to bill me for my copay twice. Would never recommend this practice.

Dr. Lee has seen me for RA and Fibromylia for many years. She is continually supportive and listens to me when I tell her how I am feeling. I feel that she genuinely cares for her patients and does her best to address all of your symptoms and concerns. I deal with a lot of pain and she has helped me manage that pain and hopefully keep these issues from progressing. I have felt comfortable talking to her from the first time I met her. The staff is exceptionally friendy.

I saw Dr Lee about a month ago. I was in a lot of joint pain. I received a full set of X-rays and blood work. Dr Lee explained everything and recommend treatment. I now feel much better and my quality of life is improved.
