To be honest I take my grand pa here and and for one there not professional his appointment was at 11am and it's almost 1pm now there is so much more I can say about this place . Thank God this is not my doctor

The doctor is very nice and will help you. The staff isn't as good to help as he is. He's great!! I'm sorry to say. One front desk lady from a few yrs.s ago was very upsetting to clients and she's not there now , Yay!! A darling one took over the front and she's nice and sweet. So I like her and the doctor. There are the one I see each time and her name starts with M. She's great also to help you. However there are still a hostile one there and actually didn't want me to get my help I needed. The doctor helped me that day. If hadn't been for him and the person I see , M , I'd been without the medicine I needed. I'm entitled to this review and again I literally love the doctor. I wish every person in the office would want to help and be as nice as him. if u didn't have us , the clients then how would u have a job so be good to people and try help them. Never got to see the Doctor. Two trips in a row. Waited over an hr today before I was called on. Then 1 Nurse told me I wasn't their 45 min before appointment. 6 to 7 Regulars was put ahead of me. They are way to busy for New Patients!

Dr. Randall and his office have helped and assisted me with more care & compassion than any other doctor I’ve gone to in my entire life! He is meticulous with his screening process and absolutely nothing gets by him or his staff. For someone like me, he & the PA’s there have been a blessing & I would & could never change! I am respected as well as held to a certain standard as a patient & would never want to let Dr. Randall or his staff down. They are patient and they work with me and are not like robot handing out prescriptions, they make sure that prescription is working and doing it’s job. That is not to mention the therapist, Chuck, I see at least monthly to ensure everything is going as smooth and working as best as possible. As far as the people that work at the front desk to get my vitals, the PA’s, Chuck the therapist & Dr. Randall, I have never ever had a better more functional team of people that I truly believed care about my well being. I would be LOST without them! Thank you guys! I saw Dr. Randall about a year ago and at first I had a positive experience. I saw Dr.Randall about 3 times and then I never saw him again. I was with a nurse practitioner who was incredibly kind, caring and empathetic. My issue was that I went to the doctor’s office to see THE DOCTOR and I felt I was just handed off to someone else. Also, the therapist, Chuck, was funny and nice but our sessions consisted of discussions regarding tv, movies, everyday life type stuff instead of reaching into my past and establishing plans and goals for my future. I am not here to trash the people who have indeed helped me through some tough times. In fact, I barely know anyone there and I sure haven’t established a rapport with any of the staff. I write today to let people know that a staff member was brutally ugly and hurtful during a time when I am sick and could not make my appointment. To be totally transparent, I have been sick and vomiting for a really long time before COVID was even a thing. I had an endoscopy & biopsies & was referred to a specialist who stated that my problem was Gastroparesis. I was referred to Baptist hospital for testing but couldn’t get an appointment for another month. By then, COVID changed everything and they made several changes in my appointment & I have yet to do the tests. I had an appointment today with someone who I’m sure was NOT Dr. Randall but I am so sick, vomiting, unable to eat, barely able to get out of bed & almost out of my prescription. I spoke to Jamie and told her about everything including the fact that I have not left my house in months! She stated in the most curt, sharp way that I had to have a covid test and could not have an appointment for 2 weeks. She said I couldn’t prove the Gastroparesis and that it would take 30 days for them to get the paperwork to them. And even after the 2 weeks I would still have toat or anything else at all except constant nausea. I have been a patient who has followed every rule and guideline. I am a person who thought I deserved respect, thought I deserved to be spoken to in a humble, caring manner.... I do not go to the doctor for the fun of it. I go because I have to and I need to and there is no possible way I could make it when I can barely get out of bed to take a shower. Jamie works hard, has a lot on her plate and deals with difficult situations on a daily basis but I DID NOT deserve to be a sounding board. I did not raise my voice or act in any way disrespectful. These are the people who are supposed to be understanding and helpful. Not harsh and hateful. I write this because if you go to this place for help be on guard. Jamie did NOT care that I would go 2 weeks in withdrawal from my medication and I did nothing to deserve that. Actually, no one deserves that. Ronda store, friendly staff always helpfu

Hi everyone just wanted to share my over all opinion of Doctor Randalls Pain management ,or if your looking for help with addictions this is the place to go. I highly recommend this clinic. All the staff who is associated with Doctor Randalls practice all are very professional and eager to help you in whatever needs your facing. We currently are living in some very serious times with this Coronavirus and Doctor Randall has taken every step to keep you safe and those who are on staff. So if your hurting come to the clinic where you will find a really awesome group of people who are there to help ease your pain. You will need a referral from your primary care doctor, But call ahead of time to see what you need to do to get a appointment. I am always sharing with others , This really kind and very understanding place where real help is there. Good place to go very nive doctor

I live in wilkes there isnt anyone who will take his script. I've called and left messages after messages for 3 days still no return call. I called 19 Different pharmacy and nobody would touch. So now I'm in a pickle and no one at the doctor's office will call me or anything this place is going down hill quick or at least for me

Dr. Wendell Randall is a great doctor. His NP is the best. The ladies up front will not help you in any way. Ill give you an example : your insurace can be good,and if they dont have it on their computer then its as good as not having any. Just say you have medicaid,and the social worker is telling them that you do have it; they won't listen.They try to make everything hard. They tell u they dont wont you to come back anyway. I give 5 stars to Dr Randall.The only issue I have is when you call you can't get an answer. It says they open at 10 a.m but make you apt for before tht.but have never gotten a answer on the phone before 10. If you need to call and let them know if your running late or to reschedule you can't get a hold of anyone until after your apt is passed. And then if that happens it's a no call no show and they won't reschedule you for 10 days out. That's along time to go with out your meds. Which can usually call for some one to relapse. My point is when you go in for your apt it can take 4 hours to be seen. So if your running late and it's crucial you get yours meds. They could move someone up in your spot and squeeze you back in that 4 hour window you would be waiting anyway...the only reason I still go is because of Dr Randall ...i don't approve of the scheduling at all. The office staff is awesome and the plumbing PA I see is very knowledgeable. My only issue is I need to share my issues with Dr Randall and I haven't seen him one on one yet. It's worth the wait, I can tell her truly cares about his patients by the way he comes into the waiting room and makes everyone laugh at any situation and he is so patient with us. Awesome staff

A very nice and careing man..great doctor..

So far so good... been dealing with pain issues for sometime... the staff seams nice and genuine... I still haven’t seen Dr. Randall yet... I’m still going though the intake process... I used to use pain medicine for pain... since childhood about five years ago I started looking for natural ways... and found kratom... but at this point I’m taking way to much kratom and I fear I have started to develop negative health issues that could impact many of my underlying issues... sometimes you have to break back down and re enter the system... but when you do it’s good to find a good doctor and staff that will work with you and have a willingness to understand... I absolutely love Dr. Randall! He is kind and attentive to all of my needs. As well as Lisa his NP. I would recommend him to everyone I know! Wonderful wonderful doctor!

The KINDEST, MOST CARING doctor I have EVER seen! Truly cares about his patients and goes beyond what he has to, to always make sure you get the care you need to make you feel as best as you can! Wish every single doctor were just like him! His staff are super sweet too!

Professional & very kind doctor

Dr.Randall and his associates are very reasonable practitioners who want to help you end your addiction. The ladies at the reception desk are absolutely the most helpful and friendly two women I have ever encountered in any practice I have been to anywhere, and have always been willing to go the extra mile for myself and my family.
