I give the rest of the staff & Doctor Elam 5 stars. However, because of his new office manager's unprofessional mannerisms & blatant HIPPA violations, I can only muster 2 at this point. She seems very angry every time I come in. She is very loud & rude with patients. I've witnessed her being rude/unprofessional both on the phone & with patients in office. She seems to have no compassion for people with mental health issues. She made myself & others in the office waiting room very uncomfortable.
