Office going down no good service anymore Docs are ok but staff and how the facilitate things like if a doctor is not there or just having a nurse call back but paying for doctor services is not good service..please do better office staff!

Dr. brandner was good and thorough. Expressed my discontent about the office staff except for Wendy. Nurse and lb people do e too..my perception for yeast cream was 400.00 and my ins. Will not py. I tried 4 times to get a message to him to write me something else but to this date haven't had a call back. This is totally unacceptable. If this is under handled by the answering service in Keucky, I would advise getting someone else because obviously they don't relay messages. Very disappointed with this and so told Dr. brandner. It was better handled the main office. I also called for the nurses times and called for Wendy to call me back. Obviously, they aren't receiving the messages.

Dr Brandner has been my primary care doctor for 20 plus years; and I’ve changed Medicare advantage plans three times so I could keep him as my primary doctor.and I’d do it again if he changes management and/or hospital affiliations.

This is the best Dr. that I’ve ever had or even known of. People always tell me that they don’t even get all of the test results involved after I tell them what I get from a physical. He has personally called me from his cell to update me on a matter. No nurse. Him. This is what a doctor should be!

Very good Doctor let you know whats going on with your Health.

I went in for a wellness check. Everyone was very nice. I didn't even feel the needle when they drew my labs. Dr. Bradner took time to answer my questions and do a thorough exam. I am very pleased with the service I received.

Been a patient of Dr. Bradner's since 1996. Very happy with him as a GP. very personable & caring. Would & have recommended highly. No reason not to.

Dr Brandner has been my PCP for 25 yrs He is the best . Very knowledgeable and caring always listens to your concerns Always gets back to you w call back questions regarding health concerns Just the best !!!

First impression of initial visit in terms of check in, waiting room & exam room : check in was simple. Office decor & condition of building was outdated. Front desk staff pleasant & respectful. Wait time once roomed was unsatisfactory as I was told provider is very thorough..although I would expect thoroughness as a high standard for every physician to uphold. It should never be an excuse for a one hour and 45 minute wait time... in my medical experience being on the medical side as well as a patient you never room a patient for almost 2 hours without ever checking in on them with updates or simply stating an emergency or any excuse but honesty is preferred. If a physician's scheduled slots are so regulated by a higher power to get as many patients in a schedule daily for the sake of revenue that is great from a financial perspective but not good business practice when caring for patients... I felt my one hour one way commute was worth the time and expertise of a very good physician. However; once checked in and waited almost 2 hours that is unacceptable.... if a provider has complicated patients in his schedule, time slots should allot for this...not bleeding over into another patients care as a routine.... Dr. Walter Bradner is an exceptional physician & most reasonable people know there are exceptions to some visits regarding unexpected health issues these practices of having to wait excessively longer that necessary need to be addressed for great business practice and solid physician patient relations. This is in no way negative criticism. This is an opportunity for Grandview to take an issue and make it better. Dr Brandner is the absolute best. Caring, thorough, and genuine

Great doctors, but pack a lunch the wait time is a very long time. My appointment was for 9 AM didn't see the doctor till 11 AM. ;(

Dr. BRANDNER is a very thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable physician who works tirelessly to provide excellent care.

I gre up here with Dr James Abrom’s as my dr and saw Dr Bradner many times when Dr Abroms was not there. After he retired I want to see Dr Bradner. The women in there that are left states no no he takes too long but I knew and always liked him. A real dr takes his time with you, has your records and there to help. I loved Dr Abroms but they gave me a dr that listened and wrote prescriptions but never did anything touching me checking as a dr should and especially for a yearly exam. Again I asked to see Dr Bradner but they again made that statement hurting him.twice. They don’t desserve to still be there. Molly the new office manger a very rude woman sent me away because they wanted their golden boy Dr Luther to shine. I had not had bloodwork since Dr Abrom’s left and I knew l I needed it so I had to request it. Molly threw me out. My life was there and even Cindy was thrown out of her office. No longer the nurse and assiantant she always was. I could tell by the look on her face my last time there. The older woman where you sign into see Dr Bradner has told me so many times to not see Dr Bradner. Hurting his business as though they are trying to run him off too. He takes too long and you don’t want to see him. Molly the new office manger from nowhere avoided talking to me as to why. Dr Bradner was there with Dr Abroms always since I have been going there for many, many years. Please Dr Bradner get rid of the few office people left there not scheduling your new patients or any running them away from you. You need to know this. Dr. Brandner is an excellent doctor. Very thorough in his examination and takes the time to explain everything to you. Aside from his knowledge and skill as a physician, he is friendly, easy to talk to, and has an infectious laugh. There is no pretense or arrogance. I’m so grateful that he’s my doctor.

Reasonable wait,courteous staff and good check up visit with the doctor????

Dr. Bradner really takes the time to explain to patients in depth what is going on with their medical and/or routine issues by giving much needed reasoning and the science behind a lot of things. Very straightforward.

Great staff and the doctor Walter Brandner has a great bedside and funny at the same time manner

The service was exemplary and the staff service was optimum and second to none. The treatment at this facility is appreciated and very much appreciated.

It was great. Dr. Brander was very accommodating with explaining my test results to me.

Dr. Brandner is my Mother's primary doctor and he exemplifies what a good doctor doe's which is making my mom's visits extremely comfortable as well as informing her about any concerns that she may have. Overall he has proven to be a splendid physician.

I’m soooo glad I switched to Dr Bradner. He listens to my concerns, assesses my needs, & makes me feel comfortable in his office. Previous doctors treat you like “just another patient” but I’ve never gotten that vibe at his office.

Dr. Brandner is the BEST Physician I’ve ever had. He takes the time to listen and address all my concerns during each visit! Office staff is very warm and friendly!

Dr. Brandner is fantastic! He took the time out of his busy day to go over my blood work in detail to make sure I understood everything. He really goes above and beyond in making sure all of your needs are met before you leave. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great primary care physician.

Dr. Brandner is very thorough in his analysis of my blood panel report. He explains medical terminology into layman's words. He is very caring and compassionate about his patients wellbeing.
