Waheed Khalid Bajwa

All the negative reviews are true. Definitely not a doctor that cares about patients health. He doesn't like questions. He treated me like an addict and made me feel like I was just looking for medications to have fun. He put me on a medication that increased my blood pressure to unhealthy levels and insisted that was the medication I needed. After contacting the office manager and medical assistant different times to discuss my blood pressure increase they stopped communicating and left me during a weekend with those symptoms. I stopped the medication without following his advice and after 2 days my blood pressure was back down to my normal numbers. Do NOT trust the years of experience like I did. Sympathy and compassion are needed to be able to help others.

He showed up 15 minutes late to a 30 minute introduction virtual meeting. Acted like it was normal. He said he was reviewing my file! Why didn’t he do this prior? He was very unprofessional and arrogant. He said he has 30 years experience “is that good enough for you?” I left meeting feeling worse than before. Avoid this therapist.

Dr Bajwa and his clinical staff are wonderful! I can’t understand these low ratings! There are occasional problems with the front desk staff (not helpful, not good at their jobs) but that seems to be resolved now. I would highly recommend this practice.

I was scheduled for 3 hour appointment. I was in waiting room over 2 hours. I saw Bajwg for 20 minutes. I asked the clerk if my insurance was charged for 20 minutes. She replied it was charged for 3 hours. I was told to put my urine in mailing bag in the sink. The bag was overflowing with urine test. Very unsanitary. This Dr. has a bad attitude and is very unporofessional.He was upset that i wasn't willing to do talk therapy with him. I have and established Psychologist. I need scrips from him

Dr. Bajwa is excellent, caring, and so professional. He has helped me so much with my depression and anxiety. I recommend him for anyone who wants to get better.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor. Dr. Bajwa displays no empathy. He is condescending, rude and doesn't seem to care about people. He also kept insisting that I have bipolar even though I have never suffered from it. A few mood swings are normal but he seemed to really want to pigeonhole me and stuff me with meds. I stopped seeing him and my new psychiatrist says that I am not bipolar. I wish that I had never wasted my time with this so-called doctor.

When discussing my previously diagnosed social anxiety disorder with him, he told me that "everyone is born shy, some people just deal with it better." Very condescending and dismissive of a legitimate issue he's supposed to be knowledgeable about.

I enjoy the experience with all the staff, the ease of obtaining an appointment, the expertise of the manager with insurance. I highly recommend the practice, I personally work with Dr. Bajwa and Rachel Macko.

I waited for over an hour and still was not called back. When I came out of the waiting room I see Dr. Bajwa in his office talking to his son!! I mean are you kidding me, you already have me waiting an hour and the middle of my work day! No respect for patient's time, which in turn means to me, not a good medical representative to serve people who are there for mental health. Just rude and unprofessional, will never go back there!

I have been a paitient for over ten years and was turned over to collections for a missed appointment i didnt even realize I had. I have had a mixed experience over the years, but have had it. I have recommended several patients to him (regrettably), and the thanks I get is to turn my account over to collections for 60 bucks. The staff is ever changing with the exception of the office manager who has been there for years. I'm sure that most of his patients would agree that she is extremely rude

New patient, front desk staff was great. Waited 2.5 hours, never saw him, but watched drug reps go through. Finally asked to speak with the office manager, I heard her tell the receptionist to say she wasn't there! Office Manager tried to claim it was an emergency. When I asked about the drug rep, she had nothing left to say but sorry..This is apparently normal practice!

Would NOT recommend this practice. Rude office manager. States she will call back and never does. Physician is the worst. Therapists are mediocre.
