Dr. Wagdy William Kades

So many problems. Dr Kades doesn't listen, he assumes he knows what's wrong but he doesn't. They don't call in for refills. AND get this, I called for a refill on Thursday, the girl put me on hold without telling me she was going to. The pharmacy text me the next day saying they hadn't heard from the Dr. I called back, the phone picked up but no one answered, then hung up. This happened a few times. Dr. Is amazing but the people that work in the front office are rude. They call you that same day to cancel your appointment.

My experience was based on the visit I had on 3/4/2022. The patient was my mother, and one thing I appreciated from this office as a whole was that they return calls to explain the process and expectations in detail. What inspired me to write this review was the superb experience of Alexa, who was our medical assistant who helped us. She was kind, informative, and gentle with my mother. Her Spanish skills came in very handy, and it was a smooth transition to see the doctor because she took detailed notes. I would stay here and ask for Alexa- she spoiled us! Dr. Wagner gave us all the referrals we needed, and I appreciate it. Dr. Wager was kind, asked good questions and is very helpful My experience was based on the visit I had on 3/4/2022. Wonderful service! Friendly workers in the front desk. Great doctor! Real attentive to my grandma. Always knows best for my grandma.

Have been a patient for about 4years maybe more .. Dr. Kades is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and caring!! I make a 30-40 minute drive just to see him and I wouldn’t change that, my drive is so worth it!! We need more doctors who truly care!

I love coming here! Dr. kades actually Listens!! He doesn't cut me off when I'm trying to talk. He makes me feel comfortable when I'm nervous, and he doesn't just assume my concern isn't serious he actually says "we'll set an appointment to get it checked out" and that makes me feel he cares about what I'm concerned for...

Horrible! Very slow with their pre-authorizations, we called and reminded them 7 (!) times before my pregnant wife had to change to another Md in order to receive her medications for her arthritis. After four weeks without her medications she's barely able to walk some days and is in a lot of pain. When we call the doctors office they're telling us all kinds of stories why they're not able to do their jobs right. They're blaming the pharmacies, and can't remember they've talked to us or received any phone calls from us...AVOID! Horrible! He is the best

Knowledgeable and friendly. Waiting time is not bad, usually in and out within the hour!

He has been the best Rheumatoid Arthritic Doctor in my 8 years of dealing with my pain.

Pretty good experience here at the clinic, staffs on top of it, always calling to remind me about an upcoming appointment, and I'm able to live a relatively normal life with RA thanks to the good folks at wagdy kades md

there are 3 types of physicians. 1- Ok ones. 2- Good ones. 3-Angels. An Ok doctor destroyed my life couple of years ago. I was in a very bad condition. I lost my job. I lost my health, and confidence. I visited him for 3 years. After I visited Dr. Kades he saved my life like an Angel. When I visited him first my acid level was 9.9. He realized how dangerous it is. it took more than 2 years to bring the level down to less than 6. But then things really changed for. I realized what a mistake I committed to visiting the Ok doctor. My joints came back to normal. I wasn't spraining them constantly. Pain non-stop for many years of my Sweetheart, now he is the best Doctor. Not overstatement.

Everyone was very kind & friendly in the office. The office is very clean. The only problem is the ten dollar parking lot on Wilshire, way too expensive!

Horrible receptionist and staff (Esmeralda), very rude and unprofessional it is dissapointing that this doctor hires such horrible individuals that have no respect for patients.

That doctor treats medical patients worse than animals. As I know the only thing that is important to him is Money. The office first makes sure that they get paid and then gives you an appointment. I was waiting for them more than 3 months and brought for them several papers but they refused to give me an appointment . I am a disabled person and I know I am low income now too but it is not fair for a doctor to refuse a patient and ban a a patient from the office. Doctor Waghdy Kades I have no hope for any cure about my condition but life is short for everyone and the only thing remains is Humanity and NOT money. I have been going to Dr. Kades office for over 7 years. Dr. Kades and his staff go above and beyond to provide amazing patient care. He is very patient and detailed in answering any questions I may have. I have known his nurse Esmeralda since I've been a patient in his office and she always goes above and beyond to help myself and all other patients who come in to the office. Moms Doctor

Been going to DR Kades since 2008. He's very patient, pleasant and takes time to explain things. His Office staff is extremely efficient, especially with paperwork. Anytime, I need papers signed and filled, among 6 doctors i have, it's him I turn to. Right now, he's taking care of me for lupus and transverse myelitis , which made me paralyzed.

I have had Lupus for more than 20 years, I've been to Rheumatologists who were afraid to tell me I had Lupus and browbeat me for saying I did (even though several doctors diagnosed me). I take my health seriously, I work hard to avoid being a hypochondriac. With Dr. Kades I know I have a knowledgeable partner in maintaining my good health and I'm willling to drive the 40 miles to his downtown LA office to keep him as my Rheumatologist. Dr. Kades, I feel, really cares about his patients. I have been his patient for a long time and he has truly helped me with my pain, helped me manage it. There are lot of doctors out there who just writes prescriptions but Dr. Kades is not like that. He wants to make sure he's giving me the right medication for my pain and that my body is responding to them correctly. I am so grateful!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Kades to anyone in need of a great Rheumatologist. He has a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Kades gives you a warm smile when he walks into the patient room and gives you all the time needed for questions. He has also slowed down the progression of my RA over the years by monitoring my blood work and Vectra DA blood work along with physical examination. With these he is able to give you the right medication and dosage to keep your RA/OA in check.

I have been seeing Dr Kades for many years now, and I have been extremely pleased with him. It has been a process, but my condition has improved tremendously and I credit Dr. Kades for a huge part of that. He is trustworthy and very knowledgeable and treats his patients with great care. Also, Esmeralda, and the staff at the front desk are great with the patients and have the highest level of kindness and professionalism.

My wife has been seeing Dr kades for more than a year since she was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis . She has improved dramatically since seeing Dr. Kades . He's a great doctor and very friendly and the staff are very wonderful and helpful I recommend him to anybody.

Dr. Kades and his staff go above and beyond to help their patients. I've been seeing Dr. Kades for several years in both locations, and he has never been anything but wonderful. I suffer from a pretty debilitating spinal disease, but Dr. Kades constantly makes me feel better both physically and emotionally. I honestly don't know what I would do without him and his awesome staff. I am grateful to them every single day. Definitely go to Dr. Kades if you're looking for a A+ PERFECT rheumatologist!
