Vladimir Rubinshteyn

My husband seen by Dr, Rubensteyn, and we are still waiting an autorization for the test he recomended. Mean while we called our insurance: the doctor did not upload his notes for the approval of test, it's been two weeks, and every time you call the office nobody answers the phone. An automated phone system tells you that the doctor is unavailable for the next few weeks. Meanwhile we have to pay out of packet for these 'outstanding services'. Unacceptable by any standards. I have to fund another Dr. to start everything from the beginning because my husband's health is at stake.

Have been trying to get in contact for WEEKS for a simple paperwork issue. Dr never in office even on scheduled days, has NOT SHOWN UP for 2 appointments at another office and no matter how many messages on all numbers possible he does not return any calls. Extremely unprofessional lazy doctor would avoid at all cost.

Dr. Rubinshteyn performed gallbladder removal surgery on me, the end of August 2017. He is very thorough, explains everything to you, and makes you feel so comfortable because he has such a warm personality and bedside manner. He is a very brilliant Doctor, he is the Best! Amazing Doctor and a true professional. Caring and compassionate. Dr. Rubinshteyn helped few of my family members and never suggested unnecessary procedures unless they are absolutely needed.
