Doctor is cold and not compassionate. Office is dirty and unorganized. I was given a script for a mri but doctor couldn’t take the time to do a peer to peer review so it could be approved. Then I was informed by the insurance company that he decided to wait for a follow up appointment. It’s sad that a doctors office doesn’t know how to obtain a mri from an insurance company. I went to another doctor and had a mri in 24 hours.

My visit with the dr was wonderful! The office is awesome! Professional, friendly and helpful!

Have been a patient almost a year now and am glad I researched before I chose Dr. Klinov. He is currently helping me, is extremely patient and knowledgeable. The staff was friendly and the office is very clean. Definitely staying here and highly recommend Dr. Klinov.

He was honest enough with me to tell me WC sent him a letter telling him what to document. He went against them which is unusual in WC cases. His partner on the other hand is despicable.

What I have to say may be considered "slander." I have nothing nice to say about this person.

Isn't the "One Star" good enough?

The front office staff was great, friendly, & helpful. Dr Klinov took his time during our appointment & was very knowledgeable in explaining my issue. I would highly recommend him to family & friends.

The staff was unfriendly and didn’t introduce themselves. The vet my dog goes to has a more appealing office that this office. I felt that the doctor did not listen to what I said, and would go off on tangents. Twice I had to bring him back to the task of my visit. Lastly, the person checking me out was rude. Beyond that, when I said my insurance does require prequalification, she snapped at me saying she’d been doing her job for 30 years and she knew what she was doing. Clearly she didn’t. If I hadn’t caught her mistake- I would be responsible for $3000-5000 out of my pocket. Because, as I told her twice- yes they do require precertification. I won’t return and couldn’t recommend them. Frankly, I’m shocked this doctor has as high of a score as he has!

Today (1/16/2020) was my first visit with Dr Klinov. I was an EMT for many years, worked in a doctor's office, ER Department, and also worked for two health insurance companies. I have a history of seizures since I was seven and a half due to trauma from an MVA, so I have a lot of experience working and dealing with the medical community. What I remember from years past, is when you were a new patient, the doctor's office would have booked about at least a 45 minute window for you and the doctor to get acquainted. That would usually give you both enough time to go over the medical history, the current situation, and what the new doctor would like to do in order to have updated tests, blood work, etc. Also, if there are prescriptions needed, that would be discussed as well. My visit to Dr. Klinov today was a TOTAL of about 20 minutes, and he had to take a phone call during my visit to him as well. I felt very rushed as I was trying to give him the details of my unfortunately long history of seizures, and what just recently happened to me, that led me to seek a local neurologist out. I felt like he wasn't fully understanding all that went on with me, because I had to quickly answer questions while trying to remember all my episodes, in order for him to get a better idea of what has happened to me. He seems like a good enough doctor, and he was very adamant about taking the meds consistently, and explained to me the importance of that, especially now that I am getting older. I just wish it wasn't so rushed; I feel like he would have better understood me if we had more time to talk. Thankfully, he did order an MRI so he can see for himself the damage done to my brain from the MVA all those years ago. I am to see him again in about six weeks; hopefully then I'll have more time to talk to him.

He read an EEG of mine from May 2019. He wrote I was on a medication I never took, in my life. He also didn't compare it to, a test from 1997. I was also awake during the entire test, and he stated I was sleeping. I wouldn't trust him, if you want a thorough exam.

Dr. Klinov was very professional, and had an excellent bedside manor with my 15 year old daughter who suffered a concussion. He took his time during her appointment, and answered all of our questions in "laymen's terms". He made us feel very comfortable, and I trust his professional opinion. The office was very clean, and the office workers were very polite. We were seen at the time of the appointment, without any long wait. I would recommend!

Dr. Klinov is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He answers all of my questions, and no question is considered too silly. He explores all of the possibilities, and really takes time to involve the patient in their treatment process. He maintains a humble and kind demeanor, avoiding ‘big words’ and ‘technical terms’ so as to always make sure that his patients understand him.

many of my family members have various neurological problem and we were all Dr Klinov's patients. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced Doctor. He is no longer at Cooper, but we will follow him no matter where he ends up!
