I only give this physician a 1star because I had to. We went in as a new patient with all paperwork printed from online and completed. After going through the process of getting vitals and medical history this physician told me he was going to see his patient that showed up to their appointment on time and I was late. Mind you I was maybe 3 minutes late to mine according to the time the receptionist had given me. The amount of disrespect I felt after having a physician treat a new patient this way is uncalled for. I would not recommend this physician for anyone looking for a respectable physician. I only give this physician a 1star because I had to. I have been coming to Dr.Rao for my Asthma and Allergies for many years He and his staff have been wonderful always very courteous. Dr. Rao has always been very professional and he has always taken his time to answers all my questions and concerns . I recommend Dr. Rao to all my family and friends.

Recently saw Dr. Rao and was thouroughly impressed with the level and quality of care I received. Dr. Rao spent time with me and asked a million questions about my medical history in person using the forms I had filled out to guide the conversation. Dr. Rao had his nurses take care of vitals and entering data, but he did not come in with any preconceived notions based on what the nurses had told him. I feel like my health is in good hands and that I have received very personalized care not a one size fits all diagnosis and plan. I would recommend Advanced Allergy Care to anyone with allergies or asthma symptoms. The staff is very friendly and always make you feel welcome. Dr Rao is thorough in his assessments and explains everything to his patients. He truly has helped me so much with my allergies, and I am thankful to be a patient of such a competent Dr. and staff.
