I was referred to Doctor Gupta by my primary Doctor.I found her to be caring and concerned about me.She has helped me overcome my sleeping issues.I am very happy with her and her office staff .Very professional and caring .It is always a pleasure to come to her office as I have been under her care for over a year now.I would highly reccomend her to my family and friends without hesitation.

I had a sleep study conducted at this clinic and came to Dr. Gupta for my sleep issues. She spent a great deal of time listening to my problems and coming up with a treatment plan. I found her very knowledgeable, attentive and kind. I was satisfied with her services and my treatment. I also found her staff very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Dr Gupta and her clinic to anyone with sleep-related problems.

Had a sleep study here a while back and a recent laser treatment, clean and comfortable environment, very professional staff, skillful doctor, had a great experience each time.

In my short time as a patient here I had a horrid experience at this facility. The staff have a very poor bedside manner and seem to be quite incompetent in their so called medical skills. There is a chunky, hideous looking blond woman that is both uneducated and very rude. It took her three times to read my blood pressure and each reading was different. Another time I told her I needed a note faxed to my job and this blonde ditz faxed my entire medical history to HR. Hello. Can we say hippa violation?! I don't have much faith in the doctor either as she didn't even come close to helping me with my condition. Last but not least the receptionist at the front window is about as clueless as they come. Judging from my personal experience this establishment is extremely unorganized and very unprofessional. My advice is do your research and find a team that can give you professional and courteous treatment because you're not going to find that here.

I had to put one star on here she deserves none. She is a tyrant in her field because she is the only one that does sleep apnea, among other sleep related things in the area. I have been on a sleep apnea machine for ten years, there have been MULTIPLE RECALLS and she did not let me know about any of them. I had to do everything myself. I missed one appointment because I had covid and she denied seeing me. I am shocked that she hasn't been sued by people who are using these cancer causing machines she didn't tell anyone about. Dr. Gupta is absolutely insulting. She talks at you, not with you. She treated me like a child. I will not go back to her. My PCP referred me to another doctor. It's too bad I can't give 0 stars.

First let me say the staff in Dr. Gupta’s office have always been kind, lovely and attentive. Getting a sleep test at the sleep center was a pleasant experience and everyone was friendly, informative and helpful. My issue is with Dr. Gupta themself. I sadly have never had a pleasant experience with her. Her demeanor is ambivalent, patronizing, infantalizing even. She has little to no capacity to listen, respond appropriately, answer questions in any way other than dismissively. When my medical device was recalled and I needed to replace it, I was made to jump through hoops that were unnecessary, I would even say harmful to my health. She would not in any way try to help resolve the issues with getting a new machine, and because I hadn’t seen her in some time, mainly because she is so unpleasant, she required me to have another sleep test at significant expense. When I was first offered an appointment it was 5 months in the future! This was an urgent medical need, replacing a carcinogenic device! The secretary at my request put me on a cancellation list and thankfully I was able to see Dr. G significantly sooner. However my visit to her office was deeply unpleasant. Essentially this Dr. has terrible bedside manner, is rude, and it feels like she is just interested in keeping her assembly line of patience moving, with the priority being billing them. Everyone deserves better from their medical care. I hesitate to write this because I don’t like to speak ill of people. Perhaps their are challenges in the Dr.’s life I am unaware of. Regardless, it shouldn’t be the patient’s responsibility to take that on. I will NEVER recommend Dr.Gupta to anyone and actively dissuade them from using her. Many people have communicated similar experiences and other Dr.‘s have expressed that it is common knowledge. But I feel ethically compelled to share my experience. 1 Star for you Dr. Gupta. On my first appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes. While I waited, all I heard from the receptionist's office were calls to patients reminding them on their payment obligations (She even threatened in one of those calls about "collection agency"), Got a very strange feeling from that. Then, they rescheduled my appointment to a day I couldn't make it. The receptionist called me to "remind' me I owed their office $25 dollars for missing the appointment. Then I got a copy of a letter they sent to my PCP telling her that I missed my appointment with her. What? Am I 2 years old or something? I have a funny feeling this office is all about the money

This lady was an absolute waste of time and money made me get a cpap machine that I didnt need made me use it for so long and still wouldn't fill out my med review papers for dmv absolutely unnecessary
