Dr. Shrivastava and his team are absolutely amazing. During my ultrasound in second trimester saw that I had bilobal vasa previa. They guided me through my risky pregnancy with amazing confidence and professionalism. I had a 34 week c-section and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Worst doctor ever. I spent many days interacting with him and every single time, he made me cry and panic. He made me worried for no reason, prescribed extra medication that I didn't need and actually refused to take (got better without it) and also had the worse attitude. Avoid him at all costs. He is not sensitive and does not take his time to understand your symptoms. He is all about extra medication, no matter what and how severe your symptoms are. He gave me so much medicine for my nasal congestion and nothing worked, including two steroids. He threatened to put me on a ventilator, he threatened to have me induced early if I don't listen to him and overall he had a negative tone, no matter the interaction. I hated every second and tried to avoid him at any costs. Dr. Crossland should train him to be more considerate and a better doctor.

Dr. Shrivastava in my recent experience, is a straight to the point, "It is what it is" kind of doctor. If you're looking for compassion, this is not the doctor you want to see. I was pregnant with my first child, my baby girl and during ultrasound the tech found a problem. As soon as Dr. Shrivastava comes in and takes a look, his exact words to my fiancée and I were "This kid wont make it." (Just flat out!) Although it is his job to be honest, this is not the way you break some news like this to a patient, a mother and father, or any person for that matter. His delivery was HORRIBLE! His tone wasnt caring or gentle. He didnt bother to explain what was going on to help us understand and when we asked he was very vague. We left there devastated clueless and confused. We immediately went to my primary doctor who was willing to take the time to sit and talk with us about what was going on with our daughter. He made sure before we left his office that we understood exactly what was happening. I would definitely never go to this doctor for my next pregnancy. Dr. Shrivastava could actually be a very knowledgeable doctor but that day, I definitely couldn't tell.

Very patient and attentive. He went the extra mile to look at my crazy medical history. I would strongly recommend him for your pregnancy care.

Dr. Shrivastava is a descent Dr. but it is dealing with his offices is why I don't recommend him. His staff never seem to know what office he is. When leaving messages for his front desk to give to him they were unable to communicate the message properly. Dr. Shrivastava says his staff doesn't need to know anything and that they just relay messages. But it is hard to relay a message when you have no idea what is being communicated so I disagree. All the while critical issues just drag out.
