Dr Nip is competent inwhat he’s studied & learned how to do like all surgeons but his craft isn’t anything unique. He seems jaded,is not a respectable person, and lacks all ability to interact with other people at even the most basic level.His treatment towards his own staff, other doctors, nurses, and his own patients is utterly unacceptable & offensive. Ive witnessed him cause so much unnecessary angst & stress. Actual complaints against him over the years has not helped him in any way. It amazes me that he still has a practice. He clearly holds onto a great deal of discontent & misery which he then takes out on others unnecessarily.It’s obvious something isn’t quite right w/ him bc he lacks the necessary professionalism, civility, compassion, & kindness one would expect from someone in his profession. I would not recommend him to anyone who is in need of reconstructive surgery. There are excellent plastic surgeons but he is by far not one of them. Steer clear.

I went to them for reconstruction after breast cancer. They were consistently condescending. They would redirect the conversation when I asked questions they didn't know how to answer. They would have lengthy personal chats while I sat endlessly in the waiting room, just to rush me through my appointments with unanswered questions quoting themselves as too busy for my conversation today. They drag out your entire process by trying to turn it into as many surgeries as possible, only to tell you in the end that they don't need to finish because you look good enough. There are dozens of appointments (pre, post, etc.) when you are going through breast cancer recon. Please if you are already going through this much don't subject yourself to these people. I never once left the office without frustration or tears. I put up with them because of his positive surgical reputation but in the end my results are terrible.

Dr Nip was very good. He helped me with a procedure a few years ago but when I called his office recently, I spoke with an extremely rude office staff member. She basically was trying to tell me that the doctor would not take my case without me even explaining what the situation was. She demanded I tell her what the name of the procedure was from years ago when I could not recall that. Isn't that what medical records are for?

Insensitive, disrespectful, condescending and rude! Did not listen to my concerns, spoke over me believing he knew what I was going to ask and dragged it out when he was wrong. Treated me like low-life.

Had a terrible run around over a month with his wife just to get scheduled, and then it was rescheduled three times. She took my background story and insurance many times before scheduling. Each time like it was the first! Then when I finally came in, sick and weak from chemo, I waited an hour and the doctor didn’t even see me because they said my insurance needed a referral. Turns out they didn’t!! A week later I finally got seen, but he was a jerk. Very rude and judgemental. Did not listen to my concerns. Did not try io build trust or instil confidence, just insensitive and disrespectful. He even told me (a nurse) that nurses are the worst patients because they think they know everything. I pointed to the list of questions I’d written in preparation, “this is what I don’t know” He didn’t ask me what they were at all! I got the info I needed only by my own determination. I would never submit to be his patient and I will definitely warn others too.

He did a skillful job and I would go back if I needed another mole removed. He did it above my eye and it is now nearly invisible. No scaring. His wife is a bit quirky, and forgot to call me back a couple of times, but this was not a big deal to me.

His office personal especially his wife who is the worst nightmare doesn’t know how to take care of patients shouldn’t be working there!!!!!!! She is totally wrong personal and has no common sense at all. My sister gets treat there like a piece of trash every time when his wife comes to his office!!!!! Leave that wife attitude out the office please!!!!

My experience with Dr. Nip and his office was very professional, and I felt secure in his hands. He has a lot of experience and he is dedicated to his profession and his patients. He took a long time my first visit explaining the details of breast reconstruction. It was important that I have surgery fast and I am indebted to Dr Nip for his willingness to do his part so quickly. Catching breast cancer early is paramount in beating it before it spreads. He made it possible that reconstruction

There is no doubt that Dr Nip has the experience on his work, but he should choose a different office manager instead of his wife.. What I have experience, she has no bedside manners she is RUDE! Ive spoken to her over the phone last year when I was trying to make an apt because I have a referral there. Of course she put the apt 3 months from Nov. I went to another Doctor and I was able to be seen right away for a consult. Her husband need to take charge instead of her taking charge.

Excellence at its best.All good vibes from Staff, nurse and Dr. ! I went in for s minor procedure and is more than happy with results!
