Dr. Lucente is the best in his field. There is no problem that he cannot find a solution for.

The front office staff was incredibly disorganized and I was quoted a ton of different prices. While I realize I’m provided estimates, these figures were off by hundreds. Just when I think the chaos is over...my 3rd and final visit I’m approached by the office manger aggressively telling me I owe additional money. She said “it’s not that much money. I don’t understand” This comment, plus more, was made after I said I simply wanted to contact the insurance company first because I was told I satisfied all payments. This went back and forth in the lobby for about 5 min. The surgery went well and my recovery was great. The Dr. was very polite and answered all of my questions. I have only good things to say about Dr. Lucente. He is professional in every way, so knowlegeable of his profession and procedures he performs. He came highly recommended and now I know why. My surgery for prolapse went very smooth with no pain and quick recovery. But best of all, that awful feeling of sitting on a ball is no more. From the first day I entered the office, I was treated very well by the office staff and the nurses. They were very professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. ???????????? It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Lucente. His knowledge and bedside manor were above and beyond. I had some issues with my first surgery, which were brought on by myself. Dr. Lucente even used my mistake to create an even better method to suspend the uterus. I believe my experience is written in his revised articles to help future women with similar issues. The second surgery was performed two months later very successfully and even though I had more pain, I followed all directions and healed quickly. I feel like a new, younger version of ‘me’! Negative bedside manner, rushed me out, didn’t answer questions, not sure if competent. He entered the room with a negative attitude. He described symptoms that I didn’t have. When I pointed that out, he cut me off and told me that I “was lucky” not to have all of the symptoms. He told me that my sphincter was tighter than his other older patients who are penetrated by the device with ease like “a dart”. I asked him why I was having incontinence and what can be done. He responded with “you’re old”.

Dr Lucenta is an incredible doctor. Extremely well knowledged with a wonderful bedside personality.

Wonderful doctor. This was my first visit with Dr. Lucente and he was extremely thorough. He explained my condition and treatment options with me and took the time to answer all my questions in great detail. I highly recommend!!

Great doctor and staff. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Lucente provide me with treatment options and surgical recommendation. He listened to my concerns regarding the mesh commercials and after hearing his detailed explanation, I completely agree that his recommendation of surgery using mesh is the best option for me. I would, without hesitation recommend Dr. Lucente to every woman I know.

Dr Lucente and his office staff are very helpful with exams, answering questions, making appointments. Patients are seen on time and never rushed. I highly recommend Dr Lucente for any female pelvic prolapse or incontinence issue.

Dr. Lucente is very professional and thorough. He takes his time and explains the procedures he is going to perform. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He is very caring. I am a retired RN and was very impressed with him. His office staff were very friendly and pleasant. Dr. Ting was fantastic. Professional, kind, and patient. Also answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend Dr. Lucente to any other women who have pelvic/GYN issues.

Dr. Lucente was very professional and understanding of my concerns. He made me feel at ease, explained every thing to me and answered any and all questions I asked him. I felt very comfortable knowing that he was going to do my surgery. I knew I was in very capable hands. I thank God that I found him. He is truly a gifted, excellent doctor. God bless him and help him to continue the fantastic work he doing so well. Dr. Michael Ting is well on his way to becoming another Dr. Lucente.
