I have been Dr. Gupta's patient since April 2019 I have no issue with the doctor nor the office staff.

Dr. Gupta has been up front with me about my treatments for my health well appreciated for his concern, so far i am doing good.

Dr. Gupta is a very thorough doctor who explains my condition and my progress. He is very credible and trustworthy.

I M very satisfied with my doctor and the process at CCCN. My only problem is calling the office and being on hold forever. Getting ahold of schedulers is difficult. Overall a good experience. Keep up the good work.

Horrible! Condescending, rude, out of touch with the latest research. Speaks ill of his patients in public. Does not care that the practice has absurd wait times and rude staff.

Today 3/6/2023 I am cancer free and I’m very grateful to Dr. Gupta and his team . Shannon was great as well. Thank you to all of you as I am more than grateful to be here. You are the best!!!!!

No compassion for people with cancer. a big IV factory, Rude , so hard to get through for phone calls. More worried on collecting your co pay.

I've been going to Comp. Cancer for at least 15 years and am fully satisfied with all involved in my care.

He answers my question. I have been under his care since 2016 for Breast Cancer.

HiS Nurse!!!! Is THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! Because I changed my tone does not mean I am yelling. I then said... this is yelling (THAT'S ALL! Those 3 words) and then I go back to my tone and said. I am not yelling. She is HORRIBLE! SHE JUST HANGS UP the phone. She need to understand that when someone changes their tone does not constitute yelling. It means they are upset about something and no - most people don't stay monotone when there is an emotion. Don't confuse that with yelling. How about show patience and empathy and help the person. But to hang up? Literally after 3 words to show you the difference of yelling. You got to be kidding me. They changed my appointment because he wasn't available... I call and call... hold time forever. The 3rd call, I held for almost 23 minutes so yes.. I am tired. I don't feel well and this is how I am treated! BE WARE!!!! You can' t talk to him without going pass her. She made sure she let me know that today during the call! And if his staff actually care... Pull the call. I have never had a bad experience at Comprehensive Cancer Clinic, they treat everyone with respect, the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Gupta is very good, he takes time to explain things and I feel he really cares.

Very thorough and knowledge knows his stuff. If you want to get treated well go to Dr Gupta and his staff.

I think that Dr. Gupta is fantastic! I especially like the way I've been treated at his office. And special thanks go out to the girl/guy combo.

I have nothing but kind words for Dr. Gupta. He is a physician who believes in a team approach—physician and patient. He takes care to explain to why he has chosen a certain course of treatment. His support team (i.e. physician’s assistant, lab assistants, and nurses in the treatment lab) complete the circle of care.

Indeed I would. Always takes the time to answer all questions. I have been going to him for over a year when I discovered I had MPN blood cancer. The treatment is easy and ongoing. Very pleasant demeanor.

Excellent, caring, knowledgeable physician. I have one of the rarest malignancies that exists, Dr. G. knew what was wrong and continued me on my course of treatment started at a university hospital where I used to live. He kept my wife and me very calm and we feel very safe in his hands. I can't say enough good about Dr. G!

He is patient and kind. I feel like he really listens to me. The front office group are friendly and welcoming. The lab crew are the best, especially Jennifer. Trying to cancel or reschedule an appointment is challenging.

I saw Dr. Gupta for what I thought was a scary situation of bruising excessively. I had never seen him prior....he was wonderful! He was truly sincere, answered my (good amount!) of questions and had a compassionate manner. He didn't rush through the visit. My tests showed I had just a medication conflict - but he treated my concerns and was so compassionate. I shook his hand as I left.....no rare to find this level of care with most doctors these days. Dr. Gupta is truly unique!

Seems to show compassion during appointments. Yet when needed by hospital staff or to follow up with his patients he is MIA.

The very best!! Answered all your questions was there through everything and anyone just finding out you have Cancer you don't know what to do or what's going to happen you need a Good Doctor to be there for you and to walk you thru everything and get you all the appointments you need!!!

Beyond, kind and compasionate. The doctor that is truly caring. Highly recommended I been seeing Dr. Vikas Gupta since 2006, 10 years now. He is a good listener, answers questions about my concerns that made me feel comfortable in his care. His guinuine care and also he is concerned about my other medical needs. My best Oncologist and also the staff are very helpful. Loreta the assistant, she is the best, caring, warm and very helpful to all my needs.
