Dr. Lilling has been able to fit me in as I was in pain but did not have an appointment. She has been professional and kind, and she even did a stabilizing split cast for my injured finger because the nurse was busy at that time. I am very grateful and highly recommend Dr. Lilling!

Dr Lilling did surgery on the index finger on my right hand. I trust her to do the surgery on my left ring finger. She looks out for not just my finger but for my overall health and makes suggestions accordingly. She is a delight to work with.

I was dealing with a lot of pain in my wrist and Dr. Lilling made time to see me the same day even though her schedule that day was fully booked. Her chair side manner was fantastic, she was very caring and answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. I’m thankful for her care and hope to have her continued help through the recovery of my injury.

Dr. Lilling literally saved my career! She got me back to full range of motion and to all the post-broken-arm things I needed to go back to work fully. I could not speak more highly of her, or her staff (PT staff led by Staci and Josh—thank you so much for the pain and motivation…you are equally excellent!). Dr. Lilling spends all the time you need to discuss your situation, makes sure you understand your options, and clearly maps out the steps needed for success—her positive and honest bedside manner alone boosted my level of confidence (when I was at first doubtful I would make it back to work), and motivated me to work even harder. Never the best when you break a bone, but if the breaking has to happen, make the best of it by going to MOST and Dr. Lilling— and be prepared to make the best recovery possible, because you will. Trigger finger surgery follow-up session was very good. Got instructions for finger exercises today. All the post-operation do's and don'ts were discussed.

I like how Dr. Lilling uses ultrasound to guide the cortisone shots to the right place. I would highly recommend her; she pays close attention to every detail to help you with your condition.

Was there for 2 hours !!!!! And she didn’t came to see me !!!! They schedule my appointment at 10:15 am I came ready with all the paperwork to save time But apparently the dr didn’t have time to see me So disrespectful!!!!!! And unprofessional

The overall experience was great! The place is nice and clean and the front desk ladies are very nice and helpful! This was my second surgery with Dr. Lilling. I had carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel release surgery on my left hand and elbow. She is the best! Informed me on everything about how the surgeries were going to happen. I was very comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs hand/arm doctor. Update: Acquired trigger finger, I had moved to Delaware after my last surgery. It was completely worth it to drive the 2 hours and twenty minutes to go back to see Dr. Lilling. Boy did I luck out! I was suffering from what is known as trigger thumb and had already had one injection of Cortizone by another doctor. Dr Lilling is a highly trained orthopedic surgeon. Besides her excellent professional care, she is very nice, patient, and carefully explains the diagnosis and treatment needed. She performed the removal of a ganglion cyst on the palm of my left hand on December 20th, 2021. Everything went as she explained me. I saw her yesterday. She told me that the incision looks great. Dr. Lilling perfectly treated my issue and I'm delighted with the result.

Dr. Lilling was the best, she took the time to listen to me regarding the problems I am having with my arms and hands. She worked with me to determine what needs to be done to help me with the pain and minimize and further issues. I left Dr. Lilling feeling that she cared and that I would be getting help for my pain.

This was my first visit and everyone was wonderful. Dr. Lilling knows what she’s doing. Pam was very nice and helpful!! I would definitely recommend going to Metro Orthopedics & Sports Therapy!! Thank you Dr. Lilling and staff!!

Dr. Lilling was right on in her diagnostic. Ordered the MRI and gave the right instruction to heal my fractured shoulder. Now I have a better flexibility and movements in my injured shoulder then my other one????????

Dr. Lilling is absolutely spectacular. I was referred to her after shattering my elbow and she explained the procedure for repairing my elbow very clearly and concisely. A week after my consult with her, she performed the surgery on my elbow and then personally called me at home to check up on me. Her bedside manner is awesome. She's down to earth and realistic about how recovery will go. And she's invested in how her patients recover. When the bandages were finally removed from me elbow and I got to see the incision scar, I cried a little. It's beautiful and looks so much better than what I was imagining. Dr. Lilling is a very caring and patient doctor. She takes the time out to explain what she is talking about. Dr. Lilling also involves you in the decision making she does not trying to force any procedures on you.

Dr. Lilling was great. She diagnosed a fracture of my radial head that had been misdiagnosed until I saw her but was causing me discomfort. She showed me the x-rays, which I had not been shown before, so that I could see what we were dealing with and then thoroughly explained her recommended course of treatment that I feel confident will enable me to return to my pre-injury level of physical activity. Helped me with my rotator cuff still got some working out to do but following her instructions has helped me stay healthy and made my post op time a breeze.

In September of 2017 Dr. Victoria Lilling, Orthopedic Surgeon, performed a surgery on my left thumb nail. As background, my thumb had began hurting at the bottom of my nail on the left edge for no visible reason in the 90's or early 2000. The pain increased with time and I always had to protect it. It became so painful that I finally called a hand surgeon in Bethesda. Dr. Beiber. He did surgery on my thumb to remove the tumor and part of my thumb nail. He did not guarantee that it would not return. After many years the pain did return, getting more painful as time went on. I made an appointment with Dr. Lilling to have her look at it. I went to the Rockville office and had an MRI of my thumb. She found a glomus tumor at the bottom edge of my left thumb nail. She opted to remove the tumor and repair my nail as out-patient surgery. I was very pleased with the outcome. She was very professional and thorough. There is minimal scaring and my thumb nail now looks normal. I cannot say enough about Dr. Lilling. She is so caring and considerate and willing to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend her. Dr Lilling is great — she put up with me during my broken leg saga, and thanks to her quick thinking, saved my trip to Belize by helping me find waterproof cast padding! If I had a hand or wrist problem, she would be my first consultation! Highly recommend for orthopedics or orthopedic surgery.

Amazing experience with Dr. Lilling! My son had an undetected wrist fracture for over a year. She was highly recommended by my sports medicine doctor because of her conservative approach toward surgery. Based on her expertise we went forward toward surgery and she was amazing. Very attentive, knowledgeable and even gave me her cell phone in case we needed her after surgery...who does that? The after care has been amazing and my son will be back to new very soon.
