Absolutely discusting place! They took my mothers blood pressure standing up the woman didnt even tell her to sit and rest her arm so her blood pressure came out as 195. The secretary's are absolutely rude and dismissive. They over book than make patients. My mom had a whole bunch of positive things and and never called her to tell her anything. She tested positive for an auto immune diease and they never called to tell her or clearly explained what that means and her cholesterol high.

I found her office to be dysfunctional and disorganized. My 9 am telemed call came at 10:40. I called many times asking for a note verifying my visit over the summer when Dr. Katz's office did not respond to a fax from my Florida doctor I got bounced from one person to another. The doctor never responded to me and never sent the requested information. I will not be returning to this office. The morning after I posted this review, I got a phone call from the doctor's staff. This is the fifth employee that I spoke with regarding this matter. Yeah..I finally have her attention and received a phone call…..However, it was to request an in person visit. I live in Florida for the winter, she practices in NYC. that was not going to happen. I repeated my request for documentation, again I was told it would be forwarded to the doctor, and one week later I do not have the required letter.. What’s the problem here???

I booked the appt, I was called an hour later to confirm my appt and even instructed to arrive 15 min early because I was a new patient. On the day of my appt I arrived as instructed and was told my appt was a "video" appt. I left the office annoyed but understood the circumstances. I waited in my vehicle for the video appt because I live an hour away and my "video appt" was going to happen in 25 min. l:30pm I had to call the office I didn't not receive a call yet. Hahaha they accepted Zocdoc appointment, came from NJ, stupid questions who gave you appointment? Nice, frond desk don’t even know about Zocdoc! So she said doctor in not here today! I really enjoy every visit, all the Dr.s there are experienced to resolve any complaint asap. They are compassionate about their patients and it shows. Some ppl need more than others,so please be patient.

I always have a great experience at doctor Katz office. The staff members are nice and the nurses are very nice and helpful. All very respectful.

She is attentive at all times, the setting is quite professional, and she really tailored treatments individually ; both the doctor and her staff greet each patient by their names , they just don't treat you like another customer. This doctor save my life and gave me back my mobility. For 5 Years; she is great and compassionate Doctor, she is the best and knowledgeable.

I stopped seeing her after I got sick of her unprofessionalism. She would touch me without warning, kept insisting she would “diagnose” me (I had a diagnosis already), and her wait times were absurd. The final straw was coming in for a 10am appointment and finding she wasn’t there yet - something I found out from the person who had been waiting since 9am!!! She also grossly exaggerated issues in my test results, but took the opposite action she should have in prescribing.

I find Dr. Katz to be very empathetic and thorough, as well as knowledgeable.

Dr. Katz is a doctor who has passion in her work. She has great bedside manners and takes her time with each patient. Yes there is a wait when you come to her office but that brings me comfort in knowing that each patient's health is important to her. She is patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and thorough. Many of the reviews that i read about never getting calls returned or not getting your prescription on time does not even sound like a review for Dr. Katz. My calls are always returned, by her specifically, and my medication has always been called in on time. Never a single complaint about Dr. Katz. Thank you Dr. Katz for all that you do!!!!

I have been Dr. Katz' patient for 12 years. NEVER had i had a problem with her, her staff, and my treatments. She is so passionate about her work and I can't put in to words how grateful I am that my health has been placed in her hands. I recommend her highly and will always trust her with my health. I am also thankful for the treatments she has offered me that many other doctors would never offer their patients. Her door and her heart is always open for those who are need, the way I am.

I have been going to this doctor since 2007, I used to really like her. She changed a lot. I am very unhappy and disappointed with this office now and don’t like how abrupt the doctor is. She is always quick and in such a rush now since she over books patients. I expect a doctor to take their time with me and answer all questions I have without rushing me. There were times I requested to see dr Katz but they gave me Anna instead. Then the last time I told them I specifically only want dr Katz and when she cane in she yelled at me and told me that I can’t request her, she has a helper for a reason and whoever I see I see. Absolutely amazing physician. She was so thorough and compassionate! I have been seeing several rheumatologists in the area and decided to give her a try. My previous physician decided to brush off my right flank pain, my stiffness and my pain. She brushed off my depressed state and had no diagnosis as to what i had. in 2 visits Dr. Katz diagnosed me with Lupus Nephritis - which explains why i had flank pain. She outlined a plan of care and started me on the proper medication regiment. I owe Dr. Katz my life i am in my 40's and had I waited more than 3 years to understand what is going on with me. She spent time with me making sure I understood what was going on and what they were going to do to help me. She explained to me and my family exactly what she was going to do to find out what our next step in getting me better would be. She did not leave until she was sure me and my family understood what our next step would be. I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Katz even if the visit lasted longer than I expected. Excellent care & attention! I go to this office to obtain relief. The staff are friendly and polite. They know me by my name! I have been seeing Dr. Katz every month for 2 years. She spends quality time with me, and she comes up with different ways to make me pain feel better and control my disease. She actually takes her time to see what works for me. What I like best is the way Dr. Katz keeps up with all the new medications that are now being sold.

Amazing doctor and has a very good physician assistant. i love seeing them both. Dr. Katz saved my life. She has diagnosed me with Lupus and gave me the best treatment ever. She went above and beyond to make sure that i do not have allergic reaction and tried everything in her power to make me feel good. I am very allergic patient and i am so happy that the medications that dr Katz picked for me work amazing for me.

This is by far the worst doctors office in Brooklyn and I have been to many. They rarely answer call, the receptions, office manager are all rude. They take months to send records that are requested on behalf of patients.

It’s convenient that the bloodtests could be done in the same office. I never had any problems with bloodtests itself or the receptionist. They were kind to me whenever I was there. But the waits are usually long. At one point they misspelled my name and my insurance wasn’t paying because of it, but it was a fast fix. My biggest issue was Doctor Katz herself. My appointments were mostly with her assistant, which is fine since the assistant was very kind and helpful. However the few times Dr.Katz came to meet me, she would always rush. I wouldn’t even spend 5 minutes with her, and didn’t get the chance to ask the questions I wanted. My disease wasn’t explained to me in detail or what I could do to prevent it from getting worse (i.e. exercise, eat healthy, watch stress) I had to search all that up. And I was given a medication, that I later found out had certain side effects and needed to be taken with birth control. But I was not told of this crucial information beforehand. Dr Katz is a very good doctor. She knows exactly what went wrong with me and was able to start me on the right treatment. I was going from 1 pain management to another and noone cared to identify what was wrong with me. Dr Katz spend a lot of time with my blood works and my test results. Thank you my dr.

Don't bother going to this doctor unless you're Russian. No one will ever call you back, especially the doctor. I have been waiting a whole week for her to call in the prescriptions she said I need. No calls are returned, in fact it's impossible to leave a message in English at this office. Meanwhile, I am left in terrible pain without the meds. Additionally, she was supposed to go over bloodwork with me. Nothing. Very rude. Never again will I waste my time and money here.

This incompetent doctor almost killed my mother by prescribing Humera, without considering her age and monitoring her or warning her that she might have an adverse reaction, which of course caused my mother’s throat to almost close up completely. My mother ended up in the hospital for over a week due to this negligent doctor.

I have to wait 60 to 120 minutes before seeing Victoria Katz,M.D and she works on prior patient file in my presence each visit. She does not listen well and rushes questions that she repeats. Victoria Katz,M.D does not give thorough physical exams and relies on blood work and x-rays yet fails to address diagnosis with proper treatment. The staff is incompetent and rude plus refuse to communicate with pharmacist. I would never recommend anyone to Victoria Katz, M.D I am a patient 6 plus years.

The absolute worst experience at a Doctor's office. The office is chaotic and unorganized. The receptionist is beyond rude and takes a cigarette break every 20 minutes. The waiting room smells like an ashtray when she returns and she trys to remove the smell by using a table top air purifier. Will not be returning.
