Dr. Roberts has poor bedside manner, and I waited exactly 50 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. A patient who does that would be charged a fee or maybe not seen, at all. The only reason I am giving three stars is because his staff is always delightful. I plan to switch practices by my next appointment.

Dr Roberts' office runs like a well-oiled machine. Very efficient, very timely, very responsive. He listens to his patients, provides helpful insights and thorough diagnosis. His staff are all friendly and attentive. You can't go wrong with this

I saw Dr Roberts for diagnosis of an endocrine disorder. I found him to be thorough, understanding and compassionate. After diagnostic testing, he explained my diagnosis in detail, answered all my questions , and offered appropriate options. I was never rushed, he gave me ample time to absorb his details.

I have been a satisfied patient of Dr. Roberts for 20 years. Dr Roberts and his colleagues have helped me to advance through all of the new technologies that enabled me to live a happy and successful life with T1D. His office staff is friendly and professional with knowledge to resolve any concerns a patient may have.

My first visit with Dr. Roberts the other day was exceptional. From the staff to the Doctor everything was awesome. The wait time was under 10 minutes. The staff really cares about your needs & goes above and beyond to get the answers you need. Dr. Roberts answered all questions & took his time with me. I finally found a doctor in Florida that I LOVE!!!

Dr. Roberts and his staff are knowledgeable, caring and professional. Dr. Roberts reviewed my tests, compared them with past results and thoroughly explained my present status. This is an excellent health care provider and I would highly recommend this practice.

I visited Dr. Roberts office after looking for an Endo in the Lake Mary area. The first visit with him was good. He advised to call his office every week to check in and see how things are going. I called every week as instructed and left a message but no one would return my calls. The second visit to see Dr. Roberts he was very short and rude. He was in the office for a whole 30 seconds and walked out. His nurse came in and gave me a card when I needed to return. No education about meds or how to control blood sugar levels. His office is quick to take payments but he only wants to through meds at you and does assistance with educating people on a better life style or the effects of some meds. The office staff was really nice but Dr. Roberts has no bed side manners and lacks the respect for his patients. I NEVER returned to his practice and I will tell anyone NOT to go see this miserable doctor. I found a better practice in Lake Mary and they take the time to understand you as a patient. The doctor goes over your labs and actually speaks to you and works with you to help you live a better life. I suggest looking for anyone else but do not see Dr. Roberts. This was my best doctors visit since relocating to Central Florida from South Florida! I previously saw an AWFUL endocrinologist in Winter Park who made me feel like my life was over because I have diabetes. Dr. Roberts was a breath of fresh air. He was simply amazing. I went in very anxious and nervous after my last endocrinologist. Dr. Roberts made me very at ease. I felt heard and comfortable, and even a little excited about my new treatment plan. Dr. Roberts provides the best care ever! He has successfully brought my diabetes under control. He thouroughly reviews my lab work and carefully adjusts my medications and advises me on how to best control my diabetes. I have had vast improvements since I started treatments with Dr Roberts. Every one of my visits have shown a notable improvement with each visit. I highly recommend Dr Victor Roberts and his staff!

Based on the many patients waiting in the office, I could not be Dr Roberts’ only patient, yet he treats me as if I am his one and only concern. I had not had reason to see him for the last three years, but when I did, Lavisha patiently and thoroughly searched for the first available appointment date until she found one within the week. Instructions for me to provide recent labs and tests were clear and concise. Upon arrival, all staff were attentive, helpful and professional. Wait time was minimal. Doctor Roberts allowed time for me to update medical changes since our last visit, listened to all concerns , and provided advice and much needed reassurance, as well as his recommendations for follow up. This practice is an extraordinary example of all good things provided in health care. Thankyou!

Dr. Roberts is the best. Being a nurse has exposed me to various doctors and I have seen both the good and the bad. Dr. Roberts is someone that I will keep on seeing and recommending to anyone who needs an Endocrine Physicial with the utmost expertise. My husband is a physician and is as impressed as I am with Dr. Roberts. I must also add that the staff is warm, caring, efficient, and helpful. I would NOT recommend Dr Roberts! They have ALOT of rules for the patients, but no care and concern for those patients. After an office visit and having blood work No One has contacted me, even though I have called them, To review my blood results and recommend treatment. It’s been OVER 2 WEEKS and no call. Only seem to care about money

If I could give 0 stars I would. The office staff lie and don’t do their jobs. Never saw the doctor because they wanted a copay. At the time of the visit I had already met all requirements that I had no more copays until the first of the year. Explained it to the staff and said they would check with the billing department. After about 5 minutes they came back and said I had a copay. I asked the person to call my insurance company and was told “I did, and you have a copay.” I know for a fact this didn’t happen because that glass isn’t soundproof!! My visits with Dr Roberts have been nothing less than a headache. I leave every visit confused and unsure of what the treatment plan is or what’s going on with me. Dr Roberts is very dry and not thorough. After coming back after a year of supposedly being in remission from my Graves’ disease I was told by the PA I should have never been taken off the medication she asked why I stopped I told her Dr Roberts told me too. The kicker is that it was never noted in my file by him. So I’ve been put back on the medication but clearly there’s an issue with the prescribed about as I only got 10 pills?!? My treatment plan says 1 pill a day for 30 days my pill bottle say 1 pill 2 times a week. I have tried to call the office to ask for clarity and for 4 days now I have gotten no returned calls and no one EVER answers the phone. Instead of setting up an appointment, he had me email my labs and they called back within an hour. Told me exactly what might be happening with my results (which is what the other Endo said too). I have had a lifetime of endocrinologists but Dr. Roberts exceeds them all. Super accommodating, intelligent doctor who takes the time to get to know you as a person other than your disease, which makes him able to offer you the best treatment that will work specifically for you. THERE IS NOT A BETTER DOCTOR OR HUMAN BEING THAN DR. VICTOR ROBERTS! I have seen Dr. Roberts for more than 3 years now. He has helped me in every manner that he possibly could. I could not be more thankful for his time, help, patience, and counsel over these past few years. I have a condition that myself, nor any doctor I have encountered even have a name for. It has caused me to have acute pancreatitis over 60 times in the past 5 years. Once I found Dr. Roberts my attacks became less frequent, and more predictable. At one point I was being hospitalized with the most intense pain a human being can experience every 3-4 weeks. The hospitization would last from 4-17 days. During this time I couldn't walk or eat. My heart rate dropped below 10 on more occasions than I care to remember. In 2018 I was hospitalized 19 different times for 5 days or more. I spent more than 2 months of that year in ICU. My worst occurrence lasted 17 days. I lost 46lbs, and experienced muscle atrophy requiring physical therapy to walk again. In the last 14 months I have only had 3 pancreatic episodes totaling 8 days. Dr Roberts listens to reason. He doesn't let his patients believe conjecture or nonsense. He takes a very personal and honest approach with those in his care. I would recommend him to anyone, and I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge the facts that he has an incredible staff around him as well! I saw Dr Roberts for the first time yesterday. I am a newly diagnosed diabetes 1 patient. Dr Roberts was extremely kind, explained in full detail and answered every single one of my questions. I felt totally at ease knowing that my diabetes could be controlled. I must also add his office staff and his nurse absolutely wonderful.

Great physician and staff. They were very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. They listened attentively and provided excellent care and treatment. They explained your conditions in easy to follow terms and provided great insight on how o manage your conditions. I would highly recommend this practice. They all are awesome.

I haven't been to Dr. Robert's recently, but I am back to square one with trying to find a reputable, experienced Endo with Cushings and PCOS. So recently I saw Dr. Robert's name again while searching. I should have posted this review years ago when I went to him. But I didn't. Just know, I was just as baffled with my appt. as the other people who gave him one star. I even went home feeling like I was a bother and that I annoyed him. I even told my mom then and recently how i would never go back to him. He came into the room and didn't even bring my file! I was a new patient. He said what can I do for you? I called the office to make an appointment. I was advised to have my doctor fax all of my records. I faxed my records. I called several times and was advised they needed time to review the records. Finally, a week later they told me they received my records and didn’t see a clear diagnosis on my charts. They advised they do not diagnose new conditions and only treat preexisting conditions with medical records from the doctor who made the original diagnosis. I started going to Dr. Roberts when I first transferred to Florida around March of 2019. The first time I saw him he seemed as though he wasn't sure what to do with me. Before I moved to Florida, I had a superb endocrinologist that had saved my life. Moving here and seeing a doctor who isn't helpful, is clueless and semi professional has set me right back to square one. I came to this clinic after being poorly treated from.another endicrinologist's office. I can't give enough stars to Dr Victor Roberts & his beautiful wife. The staff also is amazing. I would recommend it even if you had to drive 1 hour to see them. They are AMAZING and Caring.

Every time I walk in the door I know I am in great and caring hands. From the girls at the front counter, to the nurse that comes in for triage and then the caring Dr. Roberts who is patient and listens to your concerns. He may not have been my first endocrinologist, but he'll be my last.

Dr Victor L Roberts MD has been my endocrinologist for 8 year. He and his staff provide the utmost profession service. Dr. Robert is an expert in his field both as a physician and teacher. His attention to detail and skill has brought me safely through two bouts with cancer .

Dr. Roberts and his staff are top notch. They take their time with the patients, they don't overbook and you truly feel as if you are the most important person of the day for them. Great care from a great team of people.

He is an amazing doctor! He saved my life when he found cancer that a previous doctor missed. He is always personable, frank, and caring.

Staff was efficient and kind. Doctor and nurse practitioner are kind and knowledgeable and I did not feel rushed through my appointment like many doctors.

This is not a review although all of my appointments have been very professional and I am extremely pleased with his care. I need someone from the office to call me as I got a message that I need to set up a Healow conference for 6/10/20. I called Verizon for assistance and they told me to call the office. I was only able to get a voice mail for Dolores. I would either like help setting up the app or possibly check if you are still having AM appointments. Also should I still get Labwork done in late May.

All of the staff were very professional and compassionate. This was my first visit and they walked me through all paperwork discussing the information. I was not rushed through any steps. They listened to all of my concerns. Dr. Roberts was amazing. His explanation of my symptoms, diagnosis and treatment put my mind at ease. His encouraging words calmed my fears. The nurses were warm and personable.

I had received a scary ultrasound report. Dr. Roberts saw me immediately, he and his staff showed caring and utmost professionalism. He explained everything and provided reassurance. I was a previous patient, 4 years ago, then moved away. I’ve moved back home and I can’t get an appointment. They won’t see me even when my primary is telling me to go to a specialist. Don’t waist your time!!!!! They don’t care about your health!!!!

Do not go if you have an other problem besides thyroid. Went in with adrenal issues, and he just looked at me and said I am sorry, I only do thyroid. Apparently a one trick pony, forget it if you have any other problems.

I was referred to DR. Roberts when my PCP received my blood work. This guy is the absolute worst!! he was 40 minutes late, then walked in and asked me why i was there? I explained to him i had a thyroid disorder, and my DR referred me. He then said " your healthier then most of my patients and your DR is treating your disorder just fine. You do not need to see me unless you want to" as if any "wants" to see a DR. The bill for that terrible experience was $165.00 paid up front before they would see you. He was late by 40 minutes, spent less then 5 minutes with me, was rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. His ethics are horrific !!! Clearly they only want your money. I have filed a complaint with Cigna, my HSA bank, on there website, and now here. Victor Roberts has no bedside manor at all. He told my mother and I that thyroid cancer was the best cancer to have, that I shouldn't cry over it. How do you tell this to anyone. On our 3rd follow up visit he was very rude and didn't even let us ask any questions. I am so glad I left and never went back to his office.

I do not like to write negative reviews and struggled between choosing one and two stars. In the end, I selected one star because of the severity of my final appointment. During my first appointment, I found Dr. Roberts to be curt. He was rushed and our "conversation" was more him speaking to me before quickly walking out of the exam room. I needed a biopsy performed and he was pleasant during that visit. What happened next is the reason for my selecting one star. Between my biopsy and results appointments, I was organizing my files. I found a note indicating a CT scan had incidentally seen an irregularity with my pituitary. When I went to Dr. Roberts for my biopsy results, my intention was to ask him about exploring further. I explained to him the note and that I didn't have the scan results. His response: "That's no good to me. It means nothing." I kept trying to ask him about exploring further, to see if there was something going on. Dr. Roberts talked over me and repeated the same thing. When I could finally ask, he said "that's not me" a couple of times. Totally taken off-guard, I asked him if my neurologist should do follow-up. He said, "yes" and then hurried out the door. I sat there stunned and angered by what had just transpired. I'm not dramatizing or trying to hype things up for a review. Dr. Roberts is an endocrinologist and the pituitary gland is very much part of the endocrine system. True, I did not have CT scan results in hand but that was why I was asking the question. Scan or no scan, I was a patient sitting before him asking him to explore a matter of concern. Start from the beginning and see if there was something there. Needless to say I will not be returning. Dr. Roberts is attentive and very good. I would give him 5 stars. Unfortunately his office is run by his wife who has apparently forgotten her caring oath and has taken to befriending the almighty dollar. After an unfortunate year of losing 6 family members causing unforeseen and unimaginable circumstances I missed a couple of appointments. Lucy (Mrs. Roberts) decided I would no longer be a patient even though my balance was paid in full. If you want to only honor the dollar and be treated as a number this is your place. Otherwise, run to another physician offering a level of understanding and that understands empathy. I can only hope if this were to happen to her that someone would show Lucy more grace then she is capable to showing to others. Shameful. Purely a disgrace to the medical profession. Pray for her. Dr. Lucy is an absolute BULLY! She pushed me to the point of tears at my last appointment and threw tissues at me so that I would stop crying. I know that she's South American like me, and she would use that ploy as a way for us to connect but, the woman has no soul. Dr. Roberts on the other hand is a 5 star doctor and actually listens and treats your problems. (The two stars are for him and Lavesha, the lovely lady at the front). Dr. Lucy is an absolute BULLY! Excellent proactive compassionate staff and Doctors. They provided professional service.

Very kind and thorough. He gave me directions to get healthy and it worked. Staff is outstanding and I felt very comfortable with everyone!

Great Doctor. Explains things clearly and has many years in his field. The office staff is great. Friendly and competent. I'm glad i found this office.
