She was thorough asking many questions and spoke very quickly and it was hard to understand what she was explaining with all psychological words and medical terms and the pace she talks. I ask her to slow down. She repeats it but I still don’t know what her assessment means. She knows her neuropsychological testing very well and maybe assumes the clients know it but I don’t and she made me feel real nervous when talking real fast. I got the recommendation of her testing from my regular neurologist doctor who used more lay words and not so much of clinical terms. Anyway, she is good at assessment and testing. Not so good at explaining results.

Absolutely rude and uncaring. She does not care about the mental health or veterans.
