Dr. Valerie Ann Colborn

I am very disappointed! I had an appointment 5/11 for 8:30 in the morning! By 9:40, I had STILL not seen the Doctor. I left. as I feel my time is just as valuable as theirs, but I will not be rescheduling. I choose to book my appointments for early in the morning HOPING they will not have had time to get BEHIND, but that was not the case! 1 hour & 10 minutes is, in my opinion, LONG enough and TOO LONG to wait for an appointment! And to my BIGGER disappointment, I did not receive a phone call from either Optometrist apologizing for my inconvenience! Everyone is absolutely the best!!!!

I don't leave reviews for things, but this warranted one. I moved from the lillington area to an hour away, and still choose to drive down to see the doctor. She is amazing and makes you feel well taken care of!

Best staff and optometrist!

Great service...Dr is excellent and staff is great.....great that we don't have to get in the traffic in the big cities

Absolutely top-notch eye care from Dr. Colborn, and a great staff top to bottom. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who cares about their eyes.

I have been going to Dr. Colborn now for about 2-3 years. I am very satisfied with the service and value they place on me as a client. I appreciate the thoroughness of the exam and excellent service provided. Thank you everyone at Colborn Eye Care.

I do not think there could be a more hip and apropos vision care center anywhere--not even Raleigh. Love Dr. C and all the girls there. I have been seeing (hehe) them since I moved here in 2004 and have always had excellent treatment and top of the line expertise. Highly recommend Them!

Excellent Service! Dr. Colborn and her staff take the time to explain the procedures and the diagnosis to help you understand what is happening with your eyes. My entire family goes to see Dr. Colborn. My husband recently went and was happy with the service.

My family and I have been a clients of Dr. Colborn's for several years. She and her office staff are very professional, well-educated and pleasant. Dr. Colborn offers after hours appointments which are convenient for working families. This is a rare find in itself. I highly recommend Colborn Eye Care!

Yet another annual eye exam, yet another wonderful experience with Colborn Eye Care. I have been going to Dr. Colborn since she started practicing in Lillington and have always been extremely satisfied with the care I have received. From glasses to contacts, Dr. Colborn and her staff have been there to answer all my questions and get me what I needed. Every time I go, it's like catching up with extended family and it's the one doctor visit I find myself looking forward to. Their extended hours on Mondays are very convenient for me, as I work until 6 and most doctor appointments require me to leave work early or arrive late. All in all, it's a wonderful environment and Dr. Colborn and her staff are great at what they do. I'd recommend them to everyone. Moving to another state is not an easy task and searching for just the right healthcare provider can be just as hard. I was fortune enough to find the right vision care in the Lillington, NC area. Valerie Colborn and the magnificent Staff she has working for her, (Robin and Suzi have been there since I started coming to Colborn Eye Care, not to single anyone out,) they are all friendly, knowledgeable even funny. I have nothing but the utmost respect for an office full of ladies that has an OUTSTANDING work relationship that if their where any tension in the office you would not know it and they take such good care of you. I am so blessed that I have them looking out for my SIGHT.., try them you will too. I have nothing but love for ya!!
