Easier than expected

Dr Picard is highly advanced in his knowledge of all areas of dentistry. He has one of the best bedside manners of any Dr I have been to in 48 years. I have had some difficulty in the past with my dental experiences and Dr Picard clearly picks up on this and makes the patient feel as comfortable as possible. He has a great team surrounding him such as Heather who was very calming. Dr Picard in my opinion is the best dental Surgeon in the entire Northeast area. He is superior with dealing with any difficulty that a patient may experience. I highly recommend him to anyone who may have terrible anxiety when receiving dental treatment. I felt comfortable with the team working with Dr. Picard and after the surgery everyone was very informative and let me recover for a certain amount of time that was perfect for me. I was scared before the procedure but Dr. Picard's team and him were very attentive and reassured me that I would be okay!

Dr. Picard removed all of my wisdom teeth. It was something I dreaded doing, and I waited until I was in my early 40s to do so. The process and recovery were much easier than I imagined, and afterwards I wondered why I waited so long. I did not feel any pain whatsoever during my very speedy recovery. During other more minor procedures, Dr. Picard and his staff were kind, professional, personable, and funny. I would highly recommend Dr. Picard.

my experience is more focus on the patient, was never told the names of the assistants or office personnel. procedure itself seemed competent. not a friendly atmosphere. office needs a course on people skills. flipper should already have been checked in and ready to go.

I was very pleased with my experience. everyone was very kind and respectful and I appreciated Dr.Picard's willingness to explain everything on the screen for me.

Very good overall experience. Could not feel much of anything as they took out all four teeth. Staff was friendly and comforting, as well as educational about early anesthetic methods. All four teeth were out in about 45 minutes and pain-free. Thanks again!

Dr. Picard spent time with us and was patient in reviewing the information and explanations with us.
