Have used Dr Carr for over twenty years now to take care of my DOT exam the man is wonderfull ! I know his chiropractic side as well . This man truley cares and it shows in everything about him. Come see him and find out for yourself He is truley one of a kind and old school in his caring . Cant say enough about him!!

Suffering from back pain for several days in a row a friend told me about Dr Carr. I have never visited a chiropractor before. He really was so helpful. He's so kind and I was so grateful for his help. Highly recommend. I will definitely be visiting him again

Super friendly old-fashion doctor. Always same-day appointments available. He's gotten me help getting legal for my CDL med card when I was in trouble of loosing it a couple times. He has been a big help in keeping me safe and legal.

I have seen Dr Carr for my last 5-6 DOT physicals , and I can not say enough kind things about him. He treats you with compassion and kindness . He always has something encouraging to say , and makes the whole physical process a painless transaction. I would highly recommend Dr Carr for a DOT physical . Excellent Dr. feeling like a 21 year old everytime i leave his facility i highly recommend if you need a great chiropractor

I have been going to Dr Carr for years. He is a good Dr and a fantastic human being. Dr Carr always has a hug for you and encouraging words of wisdom. When you need you Dot physical this is the man to see.

Great clinic, great Dr., and great service. Dr.Carr is my personal chiropractor that I go to. I've come to find him skilled and knowledgeable in his practice. And still, aside from his good practice he's an honest and facious personality. I definitely recommend him for your chiropractic needs.

Dr. Carr is an incredible Physician as well as a wonderful human being. The closest you will ever get to an original old school doctor. Short of making house calls.. Highly recommended for D.O.T. Physical screening. To be a patient is an honor. This great man will make you feel like family...

Been going there for about 8 years. Like going to your family country doctor.

Dr. Carr is very professional and doesn't just talk to you in medical terms. He makes sure you understand your treatment as well as exercises that will help prevent a recurrence. I have referred many family and friends to him.
