I have been going to Dr. Tran for 6 years now and he is an amazing dentist. He is very knowledgeable and his staff is amazing. Everyone is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend Dr. Tran for your dental needs.

If I could give this office a negative star I certainly would. I visited Image Dental in November 2018 and it was a disaster. The waiting room looks like its from the 1960s, the couches must have been hand me downs considering they are very worn out. The bathroom is ridiculously small and located in the most odd place. I believe he only hires based on looks, the front desk was nice and actually helpful. However, the hygienist was very rude, and looked as if she rolled out of bed. Dont get me started on his dental assistant, I believe she was hired based on her body looks solely, by that I mean she was very attractive besides the huge honker and did not seem to know what she was doing at all. Her looks and flirtatious ways could not make up for her stupidity. Dr. Tran seemed to be knowledga overall good dentist however the outdated office, lifting carpets, roof tiles which looked like they were falling in and unsafe would be the reason I wont return. My son has emergency tooth extraction and Dr. Tuan's office did a fine job to get it done and gave us a good discount. My family members have visited Dr. Tuan's office for a very long time. Thx

I recently moved to the Dallas area and was in need of finding a new dentist. I was referred to Dr. Tran by a friend. Truth be told, I hate all the processes involved with validating insurance coverage whenever you start with someone new. I was surprised how quickly his staff was able to verify my coverage and gave me the breakdown of the cost for my procedures. Dr. Tran took his time and examined my teeth and explained what I need to do to keep my teeth healthy. He made me feel like he's been my dentist for over several years. Dr. Tran's steady hand and long medical experience makes me feel very at ease in his care. He is our family doctor. Dr. Tran and staff are friendly approachable and knowledgeable. Dr. Tran failed to fully inform me about difficulties of my procedure. When I tried to hold him accountable he talked to me as if I were a child and recommended antidepressants. At one point during extraction of a tooth Dr. Tran told me, "You're not feeling pain only pressure." With tears I had to insist, "I feel PAIN!" I would not recommend Dr. Tran to anyone. I have been a client at this office since 2011, and the last few appointments I have had horrible service. The only person that is actually nice there is Chris, she has always been super sweet and offered excellent customer service. However, my last scheduled appointment I unfortunately had to reschedule due to a work crisis that demanded my time. I called several hours in advance to reschedule, but they still put a charge on my account for missing the appointment, which I was not made aware of until I decided to look for a new dental office and request for my records to be emailed. I was also informed of another charge from February of 2011 that I have never been notified about! I am a very easy going person, so my standards are not very high to start off with as long as my teeth are well cared for and people are somewhat nice, then I am a happy girl.I would not refer anyone to this dental office.
