I had high hopes due to reviews. I understand he wasn’t able to help me, but to still charge me for a 4 minute appt is ridiculous and he completely gaslighted me and essentially said my problem is made up and not real. He didn’t even try to listen to me.

When our six year old daughter lost a decent portion of her finger, Dr Ho was our referral specialist. My husband and I really appreciate how he interacted with our daughter and helped us to decide what would be best for her. He seems to understand what an emotional and hurtful thing it can be for a child, and the childs' parents, for the child to lose a literal part of themself, and he navigated the sensitive situation very well. Dr Ho has been able to earn our trust, and each time we have trusted him through this he has not let us down. He was very careful with her tiny little hand, and has tried to give her as much comfort as he can. We are VERY greatful to Dr Ho and his office staff for making this truly traumatic experience a "win" for our daughter. The Dr.and his Staff are very professional and also very nice..I would recommend Dr.Ho anytime.I had severe hand problems from past surgeries,, by a different Surgeon. I had problems and pain over a year, until Dr.Ho fixed my hands.Thank you so much Dr.Ho you saved the quality of life for me.Thank-you from the bottom of my heart..... Omg Dr. Ho and his office staff go above and beyond. They all really care about their patients and family. Reminds me of the old family doctor who actually cared. Dr. Ho, Debbie, Christina and Maria, have all been our angels. Love them all!
