This man I would not consider a doctor. He had no compassion whatsoever for me when I seen him in the ER . He should not be an aER doctor. Snide, rude and unprofessional. I had a severe migraine with a pain level of a 10. He gave me an anti nausea and benedryl for my migraine which made it worse on top of having a bad reaction to the anti nausea. Was having muscle spasticity and Could not even sit still in the bed I had to get up and pace the floors because my muscles were spasming. Obviously that made my migraine even worse. So he came in and said there’s nothing else that I can do or give you. I said I’m having muscle spasms I don’t want them I need to get rid of this all he could say is there’s nothing else I can do. He also commented and said there’s no way in hell I’m going to give you any opiate Painkillers for your headache we don’t give those out for migraines. I told him I’m not a drug seeker I am seeking relief from severe pain. But he said there’s nothing else he could do. Sorry but that’s a crock. So I’ve been home with a headache couldn’t sleep that night because my muscles were spasming all over the place and for two days I felt like crap with a headache on top of it. Best hospital i have ever been to. Everyone was extremely friendly in the E.R they got my 4yo daughter in very fast after she had a high temp and seizure. Everyone made her comfortable and quickley did tests and got a diagnosis! Highly reccomend this hospital especiolly for children.

Dr. Shaffer is an extremely uneducated human. He was not only rude and accused me of lying that I had a stroke...he belittled be for false information. He never admitted his mistake. ..just blamed it on the nurse. He misdiagnosed me because he assumed I was there looking for narcotics. I was dressed in my pj's because I am partially disabled and he laughed at me when I said I can't care for myself at times. He treated me lower then a human should be treated. He also called me poor lower class.
