I have been a patient of Dr. Pham for a long time based on the first visit I had with him, when he promptly diagnosed my skin problems and treated them effectively. He explained everything in easy-to-understand language and he is a good listener, especially for a busy doctor. He is always available. He even interrupted his vacation to refill a prescription I needed in an emergency. Tough to find someone this dedicated in this day and age. Plus, Dr. Pham uses the state-of-the-art treatments and prescription drugs that provide results at a moderate price, or many times at a low price. His fees are fair and he does his best to keep my costs down because he knows I am on a limited income. Seriously, I feel fortunate to have found him through a referral from a satisfied patient of his who is a friend of mind. If I could give this0 stars I would. I made an appointment to have a regular check up and to have 2 spots looked at. When Dr Pham came in I immediately felt rushed and that I was just taking up his time. He never did the full body evaluation, he looked at my 2 problem spots & just told me to come back in 2-3 months. Then of course I get a bill in the mail saying I owe $40 after my insurance. I called to express how I felt about my appointment and that i want my $40 to be waived. Honestly the money my insurance company paid him was generous for the care I received. Dr Phams assistant called me to tell me that it was probably my copay and he can’t adjust the bill. (We all know that’s not true) I’ve been very respectful each time I’ve spoken with them but they do not value the service they provide in the office. Please save yourself the headache and co-pay, and go to someone who will actually give you the care they are going to charge you for. If I could give this0 stars I would. Very caring and professional. Diagnosed my condition on the spot and I got better in a couple of weeks.
