Dr. Cheng is great, She takes care of my wife, myself, and our 3 children. She always takes her time with us, makes us feel important. She is excellent with kids as well!

Professional clean setting. Both my husband & I experienced excellent care & attention from paperwork at time of our appt to saying goodbye & looking forward to hearing our glasses are in for fitting & pickup????

Dr. Cheng is honest and fair. She and her staff are friendly and always helpful in helping us to select the best glasses. We have been going there 15+ years.

Got a call from your office telling me my contacts were ready. So I called your office telling them about my contacts. What blew me away was when she asked me if I had a balance. I told her we just paid $700. THEN she asked me for dob, etc. She should have asked for my dob when I first called. She would see I had paid in full, including purchase of new glasses. Very satisfied with the exam. Not so happy with the experience of buying my sunglasses, I felt rushed and a bit hurried, like buying a used car. Also the Wiley X glasses that I ordered come standard with polarized lenses, but because I am getting prescription lenses I had to pay an extra $103 for polarized lenses? Hmm

Fantastic Doctor and great staff!

Simply the best. I have been going to this office since they opened.

The Staff in this office is very pleasant to work with, and very accommodating. Dr. Cheng is likewise pleasant, and in addition, very professional and knowledgeable. She is an excellent communicator, who explains her findings in terms that are easy to understand. I have never been disappointed with any of my visits over the years.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cheng for quite some time. Dr. Cheng maintains an extremely high level of professionalism while being very approachable and easy to understand. She is quite knowledge and provides her patients with an abundance of information on maintaining good eye health practices. The entire office shares this philosophy. You are not a number when you visit this office, you are a patient; and the staff shows genuine concern. I would highly recommend this practice.
