They are a top-notch facility.

Excellent experience. Very professional staff. Dr Starnes was very thorough in explaining the injury, answering questions and what the plan was to get me rehab. Highly recommended.

Dr. Starnes did a great job taking care of my finger. The surgery went well and he was very professional in explaining the process which led to a great outcome.

He said my finger is healed and I can do jumping jacks. And my pain is subjective or objective. Mean while I wake up constantly from stabbing pain. I can't even force my finger to bend. When I try I'm in pain for hrs not being able to do much. He refused to test for nerve damage saying it's inoperable so why test. But I'm getting burning stabbing pain that only heat helps. Im going to get a second opinion and check for any other damage. He is definitely one of the most rude and uncaring dr I ever met. I left feeling really upset.

Dr. Starnes has done other procedures for me in the past. I think he is knowledgeable, efficient, and caring for me. He explained the procedure and asked me if I had any questions. I am confident he will be successful on this procedure.

Dr. Starnes is a kind gentle Gentleman that listens to you and never rushing (interpreting) you. He explained everything to me regarding my issues and even gave me a medical plan for US to follow. His staff was professional and friendly.

Very good experience with Dr. Starnes. Today was my first visit with him. Great listening skills, & explains everything patiently & clearly. Very good staff, too; especially helpful & pleasant, Zaid.

Dr. Starnes is always great at explaining what is going on and how to fix it. I would not go to another orthropedic.

After a horrid experience at Resurgens, I was told by my Physical Therapist to get a second opinion. Dr. Starnes was very caring and explained what was going on with my problem. He actually offered solutions and was absolutely NOT "dismissal" which was the attitude I had previously encountered. I feel totally confident in the care I received! Thank you, Dr. Starnes! Very nice and explains your issues so that you can understand the exact problem. I would recommend this doctor to my family and friends.

He is the most knowledgeable in his field

Dr Starnes x-rayed my hand and found I had bone on bone that was causing my pain and loss of Use of my hand. He offered several treatment options for me to choose from.

Got in really quick,very good doctor positive attitude fixed both of my wrist and elbows . I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a good doctor and surgeon excellent job . I had swelling and numbness in both of my wrist and hands.Had trouble sleeping at night due to the pain.Now after my surgery no more pain or numbness

Post op appointment from two weeks ago, stitches removed, xrays done, continue physical therapy, recheck in 4 weeks.

He is very friendly and detail oriented.

Last year I had a Aquiles tendon tore . I called to the clinic and they said he would see me . At the first appointment I saw that he was a hand specialist but he said he could make the surgery . After one year just appears in my ankle a big bump witch is not normal . Last week a returned to see him and ask what’s going on and he just said the surgery is fine but I have to live that bump . Noting to do . I will get a second opinion with a foot and ankle specialist .

Waiting for30 minutes had serious painful condition and he ran in saw me for 30 SECONDS and ran out. If you are too busy to help me say so I’ll go somewhere else

We had to wait all afternoon to be seen for an emergency appointment, so by the time Dr. Starnes got to us I think he was just ready to be done for the day. Dr.Starnes was efficient and quick. He knew the problem & administered best option. He warned me if the pain. I was surprised he couldn’t address an additional problem on same hand since I didn’t mention when making appt. I have to make another appt. Make sure sure you mention all when calling.

Great visit concerned! Very knowledgeable! Everyone at Pinnacle Orthopedics are very competent knowledgeable and concerned! I injured my knee and wrist on Friday. I called Friday afternoon was seen Monday my by shoulder and knee specialist who sent my xrays to Dr Starnes before casting. And was seen by Dr Starnes on Thursday. Now that is service!!And Carrie Huber PA xrayed my wrist for a scaphoid fracture one that is often missed on first xrays. I want to thank the whole staff at Pinnacle!!

No respect was shown for my time. A 2 hour wait is unacceptable, with no apology.

Dr. Starnes is an amazing surgeon he went above and beyond for me, he walked me through the entire process and always made sure I was informed and always ready to answer questions.

This "surgeon" ruined my life. He performed surgery on my wrist in 2019 and to date it has never healed. After 6 months I went back to him regarding the fact that I was still having pain up to my elbow and he did another X-ray. With a grin on his face he told me that everything looked great. It has been about 1 1/2 years and I am still unable to use it. Am still wearing a brace 24/7 and am going to another surgeon to find out if there is anyway to repair the damage he did to me. Good luck to you if you choose this :surgeon". His reviews may look good but I guess I was the unlucky one.

Nice guy, good surgeon but oh so slow servicing standing appointments. If the customer has to be punctual (or pay a fine) then should not the provider bear the same burden.
