She is very caring, I started coming to her when I lost my grandma and as I thought I was ok my mom got sick then my aunt and uncle past within 16 hours of each other .. Dr. Hayden has always treated me with respect and kindness. She is down to earth and can relate to you on any level I’ve never had a problem waiting long to get seen or any problems with my meds. I think she’s great and I’m glad to call her my doctor and my friend for over 2 years. Only bad thing is I don’t know why they accept my insurance but still charge me 50 dollars even (due to Covid) for a 5 minute phone interview. Terrible and incredibly incompetent. Just the worst staff you’d ever want to deal with!

Terribly incompetent and incredibly ridiculous customer service!

Dr. Hayden is a very attentive listener, responds in a method that is not Freudian, meaning, how did you feel when your supervisor or spouse said what they said. She expresses her views, isn't that why your there, if you have to answer your own questions, why see a professional that tells it like it is. Having been a patient of hers for 7 years and due to her analytic method, she is the reason I drive to seek her advice.

Dr. Trevia Hayden and her mostly appropriate and always kind staff have been at times so busy and in a rush but also have had numerous times to listen and let you know that they are here for you, NOW I am not going to play make believe and pretend that somethings should change along time ago when certain important issues and then the complaints that came with them still I have yet seen a change in my OPINION! I have been a patient with Dr. Hayden for 19 years and I'm going to have to make a couple comments about some reviews, number one Dr. Hayden did not always have her own personal building persay...I started seeing her on soloerex court off ballenger creek pike in 2000, and she was building her empire SHE has now accomplished with that said right there she can choose what days she sees certain patients and with all do respect she for the record doesn't work only 2 days out of the week....when I started with Dr. Hayden in 2000 today I am 45, she took pretty much all state insurance and did so for quite awhile she If I am CORRECT may choose what she accepts and what she does not and hearing from quite a few people that I have referred they were extremely pleased by her charges from there first appointment and each copay after the initial one not only had my personal referrals happy and amazingly blessed to call her there Psychiatrist and the most important thing they are saying how much she has given hope and not just about a written script on a piece of paper!!! I will never find a more caring and compassionate professional and directly focused on you when it's your time with her! I would also like to add that if it's a personal family affair or if she does that it would most effective but just for a small child I believe that I would have a LITTLE support for the fact that, there are qualities in that of other psychiatrists who are just right for children who have those very important needs! I think that I can say a lot about my experience with Dr. Hayden 19 unbelievable years is along time and not only did I have her but she referred me to a therapist who was with her same group and location I went through some difficult and painful situations and not just from the first time I sat down with Dr. Hayden but all my LIFE she was my professional partner and support PERSON and has helped me with my own support groups and the way SHE told it was the best thing about her, she didn't hide NOTHING if you had to hear it YOU HEARD IT! God bless the people that chose to be who they are today and I can honestly say that without Dr.Hayden after almost 20 years....My direction and focus and thousands of thoughts and mistakes and with more than one way to look at the things around me and finding MYSELF again and celebrating 6 years of sobriety and loving the HELL out of it......where YOUR days you have your APPOINTMENT and your crying or smiling or talking so much that she had to remove you and laughing at myself and for the first time being ok in my own skin with all the mistakes I've made which only made me stronger! I don't judge your reviews and opinions on what you experienced its not my right! I don't want people who read this to think that SHE has done it all for me perfectly all 20 years..all I am still learning and being taught is the only way to do it is on my own and a few pointers on my way! I accomplished my own goals and then there are many more! But we all have good in us, and that is the best way to put it...that is what I have always seen in my DOCTOR...Who knows me better than me...lol! Thank you for everything you have done and ABSOLUTELY still do to this very day! Dr. Hayden my Dr 15 years and so great I moved away but still drive 60 miles to see her. She is very easy to talk to. Tammy (staff) is equally great with reappointments and other issues.

100% positive! I do not have enough words to thank Dr. Hayden for her care of my depression and other problem. Highly recommended!

Was a patient here for 6 years and can't think of a single good thing about the place except for it's air conditioned and one of the front desk employees was nice. ONE of them. The other one was so unprofessional and intimidating that I was afraid to call the office for fear she'd be in a bad mood. I got used to waiting for an hour or more to be seen. I don't think I've ever had a doctor that cared less about me or my safety (I actually just wrote out an example and deleted it, because I don't want to ramble). Half her patients seem to love her, and the other half get the short end of the stick. Even after 6 years I knew which group I was in. I stopped seeing her when I called to schedule my monthly appointment and they told me she didn't work on that day of the week anymore. After 6 years of me coming in on the same day of the week, without fail, she didn't even tell me that her schedule was changing. I found out through the front desk person I'm scared of. She only works two days a week now I think. Also the fact that she prescribes all these medications at abandon, and her husband is running a urology practice out of the same suite, is extremely fishy to me. On one of my last visits, I was forced to sign a piece of paper that said I was being prescribed opiates and was agreeing to drug testing, and would forgo my treatment if I failed a test. I've only been prescribed opiates like twice in my life, not within the last 10 years, and certainly not from anyone in that practice or building. The front desk employees wouldn't let me see Dr. Hayden until I signed it, and once I signed it, they said they wouldn't give me a copy until after they asked Dr. Hayden if it was okay. I'm not a HIPAA expert but I'm pretty sure that's illegal...as was echoed by several other people in the waiting room. I turned to Dr. Hayden after exhausting most other psychiatrist options over a 6 year period. She was advertised as The Best. I'm seeing a psychiatrist in a neighboring county now and it's so clear what I missed out on while I was a patient of Dr. Hayden I regret the 6 years of my life I wasted getting ill-advised, even reckless, medication management from her. I have a friend that is been going to you for 17 years she has a severe drug addict but you feel that it is okay to give her 240 2 milligram Xanax a month plus 90 adderal 60 Valium and now you're trying to give her medical marijuana. This girl has been in car accidents because she's been so high on Xanax and broke both of her kids arms in the accident. When I first met her I took her to see you and she was high as a kite on opiates but you didn't care. You should be put in jail

It is because of Dr. Haden’s constant support and belief in my abilities to move forward that I have, in fact, advanced my career by pursuing academic opportunities that raise the value of my skills and abilities – and have amassed job prospects I believed were no longer possible.

Was a patient for 6 years. I could write a thesis on how bad the treatment, staff, timeliness, etc was, across the board. She cares about some of her patients and the rest of them barely get any attention / time from her. she was also extremely poorly informed or careless, and several times prescribed me medications I wound up in urgent care for taking, even at the prescribed dose. She doesnt ask me anything about myself or my life except for what dosage I want. She's gotten increasingly shady.

I was a patient of Dr. Hayden until I moved out of state a year ago and I loved her. She knows what she is doing. Without her I wouldn't be where I am today!!! Thank you Dr. Hayden

Dr. Hayden does not accept any type of insurance. What kind of psychiatry practice is that?

Staff is completely unprofessional. The reason why I will never have my daughter return. Dr. Hayden was able to help with my daughter’s medication but lack of response from her and her staff are not worth going back.

I've been to a few psychiatrists through my years but I've never had the experience of having one as good as Dr trevia Hayden she really gets me and she makes me feel like she truly cares about my well-being and gives me great advice I absolutely love her I would never go to anybody but her after having experience of her expertise I'm so glad that I found her and I look forward to seeing her every month she is she's definitely the best psychiatrist I've ever been to I highly recommend her I've been to a few psychiatrists through my years but I've never had the experience of having one as good as Dr trevia Hayden she really gets me and she makes me feel like she truly cares about my well-being and gives me great advice I … More

I would honestly give this doctor zero stars and would highly advise finding a different place. Highly unprofessional and they only care about making money here. Secretaries do not help while being rude and the doctor will never respond to any inquiries. Don't waste your money! Find a different doctor.

Dr. Hayden is a decent person but the lack of attention to detail & her staff have driven me away. I had one appointment which was quite short & not very specific just a quick summary of a few words assumed diagnosis given medication and told to return in 10 days. They didn't give me the script & said they would call it in to my pharmacy which is great but it never happened. After the 5th phonecall over 2 weeks (I try to be patient as I work in an office myself) I gave up. Never even got it.

She is completely unprofessional! I waited 2 months for a new patient appointment and even called every week to see if there was a cancellation but the day before my scheduled appointment her office called to confirm the appointment and to say she dropped Care First and United Healthcare insurances 3 days prior to my appointment- I have Care First. The receptionist asked if that would be a problem and I told her of course it would be since I can't afford out of pocket costs.

Dr. Hayden is a wonderful psychiatrist! I have been a patient for over 2 years and she is always willing to help however she can. She has even given me samples of medications when she can, to avoid another cost for me until she knows the medication will work. Her front office assistant, Miss Tammy, is fabulous and even stopped on her way home for the day to pray for me, when she saw how emotional I was due to my personal situation in life. I've never found a better office for my care! Thank you

Do not go to this Doctor. She leaves you sitting in the waiting room for hours. One of my appointments her staff let me sit in the waiting room over 5 hours before telling me she had an emergency and wasn't in the office, but they didn't have a problem charging me for that visit or the next one. She constantly fills the wrong dosage even though I've told her what she gives me is too much. Her lack of attention has caused me to run out several times, which sends me into withdraws.

If you want to feel like a number and not a human go here. It is very clear this office is only about getting money and many patients in and out instead of caring about your health. They double/triple book each appointment. You can wait anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours for your 5 minute appointment. Dr. Hayden has some insight but will just write a script and send you out. The staff behind the doors are very loud and unprofessional. Forget about refills and getting messages to the doctor.

I wait as much as 1 hour, or longer, to see Dr.Hayden, although I have an appt. Then I spend 5 min. in her office, and she writes prescriptions, and that's it. Also, I requested my records for an important matter in regard to my retirement. I was told they would be ready in 2 weeks, and it has been more than 4 weeks, and I need them tomorrow. Sometimes staff is friendly, but, in this case, not very nice, like I was asking for something, that I'm not entitled to.

I have been seeing Dr. Hayden for almost 10 years now. She is great, but I can't take the crap anymore. The staff needs medication. One day Tammy is a sweetheart and then next you would like you beat up her kid. The new receptionist used to be good. I would pray for her to answer when I needed to call. But, I guess Tammy rubbed off on her. You can wait upwards of 2 hours to see Dr. Hayden for 5 minutes. It's hard to change this kind of doctor after 10 years...but it's time. :(
